During the move, their crew damaged my flooring. When I contacted them about the damage, they acknowledged it but offered an insulting $100 to cover the repairs, nowhere near the actual cost of fixing the damage they caused. I provided them with estimates showing the real cost of repairing the flooring, but they refused to budge from their lowball offer. $100 doesn't even begin to cover the expense of professional flooring repair, and they know it. This feels like they're hoping I'll just give up and accept their token gesture rather than doing the right thing and covering the damage their company caused. When you hire movers, you trust them to handle your belongings and your home with care. Champion Movers failed at both. Even worse, when they made a mistake, they refused to make it right. Their unwillingness to stand behind their work and take responsibility for damage they caused speaks volumes about how they do business. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your moving needs. There are plenty of moving companies in Las Vegas that will actually take responsibility when something goes wrong. Save yourself the headache and the expense, don't make the mistake I did.
