Not so good
The move did not cost anymore than quoted but $228.00 was taken out of my wallet. Was told I must have misplaced it. The foreman wanted to buy a few items from us, took the items but forgot to bring the money. Did get paid though because I called and complained to his supervisor and they sent the money with another driver that was bringing down the table leg they broke. The packing and labeling was horrible the was they unloaded was even worse. The boxes did not correspond to the sheets, so I could not tell if all the boxes were here. They did not place them in the right rooms it was a real mess. It took twice as long to unpack. Some broken stuff. All in all not that good of a experience.

My stuff was late because of truck ...
It was all right. I got called that my stuff was on its way down so I jumped on a flight. It said it would be there on a Wednesday. I got there and I got a message when I got off the plane that said the truck broke down. So it didn't come until a couple days later so I ended up have to get a hotel because I didn't have anything to sleep on. That was obviously an inconvenience. And then I had to schedule another day for the elevator in my building but other than that it was pretty good. The movers were good. Although I had to throw away my mattress pad because it got dark marks on it.

Very helpful
Very helpful, very good movers themselves were very good wrapping everything up. There was just a little disconnect about when the item was coming. I had to call the company to try to find out. They couldn't figure out when it was coming or about when it was coming, Then I got a surprise call Sunday morning from the driver saying I'm here in Sacramento will you be available? I had just talked to them the day before in the office, and they said we don't know. That was about it other than that everybody on both ends on the movers side did very well, very good.

Customer service was rude, and we've ...
It's not been a pleasant experience. We had someone come and give us an estimate and he mentioned it was customary to tip the movers. We had the tip ready and the movers came, they did their job and the foreman was applying a lot of pressure to us, and said that wasn't enough. So that experience wasn't good. I called to check in on our move and the customer service woman was very rude, and I ended up hanging up the phone on her, and then her manager called me back and said that everything was going to be fine and they would take care of everything, and as a result we still don't have our stuff.
