They were a huge relief

We had them move our three bedroom home, into a storage unit. We intend on traveling to find a new home, but the transition from the home into the storage unit was done without any issues. I was worried, about hiring a professional moving company and for moving so far. I heard so many horror stories online about moving companies, but this company did come highly recommended from a close friend and now I can see why. We were promised a flat rate, to a move to Houston. The entire move was done in just a few days. The operations manager Chris, was able to come out, get us quoted. They loaded the entire home, and got everything loaded into our new home in just a few days. There was a small chair that was scuffed up, but that was the only damage I noticed. We called around to get a few different quotes in the area. We ere on very short notice, but needed tro move within 48 hours. It was a move within the city, the distance was about 40 miles. I called around, and that's how I decided to go with Keira Moving. They came out on short notice, when others would not. Pricing was very fair, not that expensive. These movers exceeded my expectations. THey showed up on time, and got the move loaded into their trucks in under 5 hours. It took about a week for us to get our belongings, the move was cross country so that was understandable. That aside, I'm very happy with the move and how everything went. I hired Keira Moving to help us move not far from where we are now. Sergi and the team were amazing with our recent move. We probably had 50+ boxes, but this was no problem from these guys. They also took well care of some new furniture we got. We got some heavy couches, that are light in color and made of fabric. I was worried they would have gotten oil, or some marks on them! We moved from NJ to South Florida. The entire move was done in just a few days. They were on time to pickup, and drop off (as they said they would). We had some items moved from our balcony. Horrible customer service

Although the price was right,you get what you pay for. They lost multiple items (including a valuable painting) and trying to get customer service to respond was a nightmare. I only got a $100 refund by going to upper management and threatening to write this review. I would say,invest more money and protect your belongings. Read more

Everything was neatly disassembled, packaged and assembled on site. The driver who worked with team also did not refuse to help when it was required. It is also important that the overpayment for the work done was not required, all in accordance with the preliminary agreement.
