Lawn Damage
Moving truck attempted to turn around and drove off driveway into soft part of yard (recent rains). Truck sank in soft ground. In effort to drive out of the soft area truck caused extensive damage to yard. A second moving truck attempted to tow the truck out of the soft ground. This effort was not successful and resulted in damage to gravel driveway. The area was left with large ruts 15 inches deep. The area of yard involved measures 25 feet long and 10 feet wide. Additional areas of damage to driveway. A tow truck was required to pull the truck out of the yard and back on to driveway. Damage was repaired by a landscape company at a cost of $650. Moovers refused to settle claim for more than $200.

Avoid the company at all cost
This company is a joke. The men who performed the actual move (Grand piano within our home to install carpet) were fine. The office staff, specifically Belinda, is incompetent and dishonest at best. She tried to double the price of her original written quote, told us she "scheduled" the second part of our move (piano back to original location) and then never sent anyone, refused to let us speak with management/owner (who as it turns out is her son), and lied to us on several locations. Only after threatening legal action, (and 44 days later!!!) did our piano get moved. Worthless company from the office staff on up. BEWARE
