BEST MOVERS EVER!

Ask Bart to send his BEST team of movers - LANCE and MARCUS. Most professional, polite, and quickest move I've ever had! LANCE and MARCUS reassembled and helped position things. They worked well together and got after things they could do independently like butter melting on fresh hot bread. LANCE was extra thoughtful to help plug in extension cord from wall under the bed (would have been hard for me to do post surgery) and carefully affixed the bed rail to my bed under the mattress. LANCE had experience on how to take the back off of a heavy lift/recliner chair, and how to put it back together safely. (Not everyone knows how to do this! Both LANCE and MARCUS went the extra mile - making sure things got put away neatly in the garage, and even helping get boxes I'd put in my car in (not just stuff they loaded in their truck). They worked very hard to get the move ...

Not a good experience, but they're ...

I didn't have a good experience with them but they are trying to make things right. Some things were not explained to me upfront, like they had a four-hour minimum and there was a misunderstanding about when the time would start and when I would be charged. They ended up damaging some of my furniture. One of the movers was on a cell phone quite a bit during the move -- just things like that and I was not really impressed with their company. But I've talked to them about it and they're sending someone to fix the furniture that's damaged, so they're trying to make things right but overall it was not a good experience. They need to provide more information upfront as to their charges and their expectations, things like telling their customers that there's a four-hour minimum charge, just things like that. Not at all a good experience

They took $100 off my credit card for deposit and then they later charged the whole move to that card, which was not authorized. So that was not a good experience. The pricing is fine, it was for my son and he is working. I haven't had any complaints. They are lucky I don't decline that charge - I didn't authorize it. They don't charge cards that aren't approved. It was approved for a $100 deposit, that is all. Read more

Fabulous crew, excellent service

Oh they were excellent. I hired them a second time to move my piano. They were professional. They were courteous. They were helpful. They called me back. They adhered to their original schedule of time because I hired Starving Students first. They all of a sudden didn't have my moving reservation on the day of my moving. So I was pretty pissed. This company, however, fit me in last minute and they worked with me. They didn't had a space available for me on their schedule but they made a space available for me. They were just very helpful, very outgoing, very nice guys. If anybody moves I definitely will recommend them. If I move again I will use them. The crew was fabulous. I think the professional staff appeared competent and also very customer oriented. So they kept me informed. They told me what they were doing. They asked questions about what they should do. Move done in timely fashion

My moving experience was really good. They were able to get done in quick time frame. They came prepared so they make sure everything fragile was wrapped, didn't break throughout the move and they were able to unload everything, and put them where I wanted them to help me like settled up where I wanted to as well. Movers were absolutely wonderful

My moving experience was wonderful. They were on-time and they were absolutely awesome. It was a lot less expensive. They quoted me $240 for three hours and the other companies quoted me $500 for three hours. Packing was done by my end. I would surely recommend them. The were just absolutely wonderful. Read more

Excellent move which is devoid from ...

It was fine, it was good, no problem. I just got it done. Those two guys the crew members was great. The pricing was good too and they even gave me a discount. As matter of fact my mom is even considering using them to move a bed into our home. They were cool guys, so they were great. They wrapped all my stuff and they were careful with it, they didn't bang into any walls or anything and they offered things put up together and I said don't worry my husband can do it. The movers were friendly and ...

The movers did a great job. The qualities that satisfied me most were probably the friendliness of the movers themselves and the individuals who moved us, they were all hard workers. They were inexpensive, and on-time and personal. Their packing service was pretty good and there was only one thing that got scratched, and that's okay. If I have to rank them from 1-10, I would give them a 9. And they came with all the equipment needed for moving. Read more

They took 7 hours to complete my move

This is my second move with this company, and my experience with this company is horrible. They completed everything in 3 hours during my first move with them and this time they took 7 hours to do the move. As they calculated the price on an hourly basis, they delayed the move. Apart from this they had broken my bed, and I paid them $800 instead of paying them $300. Read more
