They were awesome. I didn't know what day i was going to move because I was waiting on a loan approval. And I called them two days before and asked them if they would do it on the 24th of July, which is a holiday in Utah, and they moved me on the 24th. The guys were very good, worked hard, no time spent on the phone. They were awesome. Very careful with the furniture, set things up the way I asked them to. They did a really good job. Read more

The move itself went mostly fast. However, I was called the day of the move and asked if we could do it at 1:00pm instead of the 3-5pm previously quoted. So I left work early. At 12:50 pm one of the office guys called me and said his guys were running "late" but would be at my place soon. 1:30pm comes and goes with no word... 2:30 comes and I call the office again. The office worker calls his movers and then called me back. He let me know that the previous move was taking longer than expected and they were "almost finished". They finally showed up at 3:30pm. By then I was so bored and HAD to get it done that I'd moved all my boxes from inside to outside. (I was renting one bedroom and moving in to a new place with room mates). They got all my stuff in the truck and we went on. We arrived at my new place (5 miles down the road) and they started moving stuff in. However, there were two problems. 1) my mattress was left dirty. I didn't check the truck when they put it in to see if they had even put blankets down. 2) my pillows were in plastic bags (I know my bad) and they TOO were left dirty. It looked like they fell out of the bags. When all was said and done I was charged: 1 hour travel time, 1.5 hours move in. I was quoted 1 hour travel time and 1 hour move in. I tipped the movers accordingly. However I would have tipped them less had I seen my mattress before they left. The guy in the office was very nice, however over all I'm disappointed in this because 1) they were 2.5 hours later than they said they'd be. 2) they left me with a dirty mattress and pillows.
