Awful scam artist
SCAMMERS!! Agreed to move the things from Detroit to Houston for $800 took over 2 1/2 weeks. When I arrive the trucker said he was contracted and he does not work for this company but said that he could not get his truck through the residence gate which was completely false. Refused to attempt to come in the gate and said it would be $250 Extra for long haul moving,failed to tell me it was an extra $75 per hundred feet. Told me the only other option would be to pay $300 for a shuttle van again left out that it is $100 per hundred feet. The person that came to the house was very rude also the lady On the phone was very rude. None of these costs were ever given upfront. The truck could have made it in the gate and up to the front door of the home. These people just want extra money don't ever use them!!! The only solution to pay the actual $800 was that they left my belongings outside the gate on the street

Bad Move
Arrived 2 days late, notifying me night before × 2. Delivery 5 days late, telling us will be there tomorrow or next day, every day. Damaged boxes and furniture. Antique desk severe. Someone's attempt to repair badly with epoxy. Restorer couldn't separate epoxy safely to repair correctly. Stay away from this company!

They got the job done and were pretty ...
It was pretty easy to deal with. The quotes or the estimates were pretty clear with what was included and what was excluded. They were late though for the appointment hour, but we somehow made up to the time. It was pretty good. They packed very well, and they unpacked and did all the work very neatly and properly.
