Would not recommend

Would not recommend to anyone looking for a professional moving experience. My experience was terrible! I scheduled well in advance,notified them of each specific item I wanted moved,the location of all my items,signed their contract,paid their requested deposit and called to verify everything was a go the day before which was confirmed. But on moving day we were hit with a completely different story. I’ll start with the good: the moving crew is wonderful,respectful and hardworking. They are led by Mario who was great and ensured all my stuff did end up getting moved despite everything. They also repeatedly apologized for the situation and how we were treated. The bad was the owner,Trent who showed up,walked into my home without as much of a hello or introduction demanding more money from me (after I had completed payment that day and signed off on all paperwork) because my one bedroom apartment was not what he expected. Pinky’s did not want to honor the price the company quoted me and had had me sign a contract for. The owner yelled at me and my mother for almost an hour delaying the move until I agreed to give him more money as he knew I needed the job done. He was unprofessional,disrespectful,and dishonest. He ripped up my check and then asked me to write a new one,mistreated his moving crew (I had to go get the poor guys drinks as he never returned with them) and continued to harass my senior citizen mother and I through the loading process. The owner also promised his workers a 40% tip which I never discussed or agree to. Moving is already often stressful enough,my experience was very messy and traumatic. Proceed with caution,if you have no interaction with the owner,I would say you may be fine,the receptionist who scheduled my move and the moving crew were great for us. However,if you have any hiccup that requires you to work with the owner or he decides to show up and change the agreement at the last minute,save yourself the frustration and harassment and book with another moving company. Excellent and thorough service

Excellent service and they came through at a critical moment for my family. Our landlord denied our request to extend our lease, so we had roughly 2 weeks to get everything packed and moved. Pinky's moving service helped me pack my home and garage contents. We had to have everything moved out of the old home on a Friday but could not move in to our new place until Monday afternoon. Pinky's Moving service provided storage for the weekend, unpacked into storage, stored over the weekend and packed into my new place Monday. The movers were professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again for future moves. Read more
