Destroyed furniture and lost items
My storage unit hired these movers to relocate tenant belongings as they undertook renovations and these movers completely destroyed our furniture, lost several of our boxes, and left other peoples belongings in our unit. The incompetence is truly hard to believe - there were footprints all over our dressers, tables, and couch, they broke and severely scratched multiple pieces we ended up having to throw most of our furniture away. We had packed everything ourselves and wrapped our furniture in plastic wrap that they completely tore off, which is why there were so many scratches. The damage seriously looked intentional - that's how bad it was. Like they must have dropped it off the side of the truck. We provided photos and a detailed account of what happened and they refused to take any responsibility whatsoever. DO NOT give them a dime. I've used so many amazing movers in the city - these are NOT your guys. Go literally anywhere else.
