Scam scam scam
I was greeted for a estimate with a dark haired girl and the owner Robert for a estimate. After a few weird remarks I pushed them off thinking they were just young and inexperienced. I like to give everyone a chance. On the day of the move the moving people never showed. I made over 10 calls that day. On the following day I received call from Robert stating he had a truck break down and his phone was broke. I asked for my 100.00 credit card deposit back. He said we would give a 200.00 discount and move me the next day. The move went fine, the guys were rough with my furniture and complained Robert hadn't paid then in 4 days. They demanded tips and lunch to which I obliged. Two months later I get a bill from my credit card stating my 700.00 move was actually 1850.00. I started calling and leaving messages. Robert never called me back and since I used a debit card I could not dispute the charges. I started calling all the Reliable Movers thinking they were tied together. I finally spoke to a woman who said this is Robert's scam and they do not work together. I was referred to the FBI and given their number. My complaint is filled but I am out 1250.00.
