Absolute Frauds- Do not use them!

I recently had a frustrating experience with a moving company that I feel is important to share. Initially,I was quoted for a 26-foot truck to move my storage unit into my apartment. However,they arrived with a 20-foot truck instead. The crew consisted of two individuals,and I was charged for 2.5 hours of travel time,even though the actual travel took only an hour and a half. To add to the issue,I was charged for labor during the travel time as well. The paperwork process began after 9 AM,although they had listed the start time as 8:45 AM. The loading process took nearly three hours,as it required careful packing due to the truck's size. When I contacted customer service to express my concerns,I was informed that the 20-foot truck was the only one available and that my move would have been canceled entirely had I been informed beforehand. Furthermore,the crew left the loading location before I did,yet I arrived at the destination approximately 45 minutes before them. Initially,I was given an estimate of $750 for the total cost,only to find out later that this amount was just for the loading services. Attempts to resolve my issues with the General Manager,Carlos,were unfruitful. He was unprofessional and spoke over me as I tried to ask questions. During the move,my table was broken,and the crew did not offer to assist in filing a claim for it. They also refused to deliver my belongings until the full bill of over $1500 was paid. I received a receipt for the $750,but not for the full payment of $1500. Additionally,I noticed charges for materials,including boxes and a mattress bag,that we did not use since my items were already wrapped. Worst company I've ever contacted ...

Company was hired to pick up furniture from Storage unit in Waxahachie, TX, drive to Forney, TX for 4 more items to pick up and deliver all to Richardson, TX. Movers never showed up at the storage unit. I was there waiting for them. They called and said they had been there, didn't see me, then went down to another location, which was a distance away from actual location they were scheduled for. Then said they had right coordinates and would be there in 2-3 minutes. 40 minutes later, they still had no showed. My daughter was on the phone with the owner, who was on the phone with the moving team he sent. Movers insisted they were at the location, but couldn't see me. I was sitting at the location, right out in front. No way they could have missed me. Even the employees at the storage unit were getting amused. After over an hours of sitting out at the unit (95 degrees outside), I was irate and frustrated, and told me daughter they needed to just send the movers to pick up the items from Forney, and I would worry about what was in the storage unit. Owner hung up on us, and would not answer when we called back. I saw the movers going traveling down they highway in the opposite direction. I thought they were turning around to come back. I waited another 35 minutes, then left. Owner finally talked to my daughter later that evening, and told her they had cancelled the job. They were rude, unprofessional and incompetent. It was unthinkable that they would knowingly leave a customer sitting and waiting for them to show up and not tell customer that job was cancelled. It was great, I would use them again.

It was great, I would use them again. They were on time, they packed up everything neatly for me it was cool. The pricing was better than the other companies cause it was cheaper and the timing was great, really great. I didn't want to go over the limit; well MY limit because I didn't want to pay too much, so the time was great, the crew was very professional. One of the guys when I moved to my new apartment saw something on the floor (the new apartment was supposed to vacuum and they did, but the missed a spot) and there was like a peel on the floor, and he told me about it because I have a small child and he didn't want her to get to it and everything, so he was very nice about that and I really enjoyed them. I would recommend them and I will use them again when I move again. Read more

They showed up on time they moved the furniture, they wrote me a bill I paid them and they went away and everything was fine. The pricing was the same price that they charged me originally. Read more

They took good care of my stuff.

They arrived on time, and their estimate of how long it would take was spot on. In fact, it was three minutes longer than... it took them three minutes less to do it than they estimated. I was just so amazed that the estimate was on. They were professional movers. You can tell they knew what they were doing. You can tell they enjoyed their jobs, 'cause they did a little joking around -- but it did not interfere with their efficiency. Read more

They were friendly, reasonable and ...

They were very friendly. It was fairly reasonable. They charged by the hour and then sent the amount of people and the size of the truck depending on the size of the move. I just had a two bedroom moving into a two bedroom from a house to an apartment. They sent two guys and a big truck and they were nice enough to stop off at after they unloaded what was in the apartment they were nice enough to follow me over to my storage place a couple miles away at no additional charge, I guess it was because it was an hourly rate, but they helped me load the rest of it into a storage unit so they were very flexible with the needs, the voice of the customer if you will. Quick and organized.

They were quick and organized they immediately assessed the items to be moved and knew how to place them in the truck so they wouldn't be damaged and had all the stuff to protect the furniture during the move. Read more

Their skill level as far as packing ...

I guess it was pretty good. I found their price to be overwhelmingly high. There was a miscommunication on the price of the gas for the truck coming and going. I just found the price to be extremely high...the crew members were really nice. Their skill level as far as packing was good. Very unhappy - extra fees and they ...

It was a horrible move. They broke a lot of our stuff, also... they broke a lot of our things, they complained about moving our stuff and then they charged us a lot of additional fees that shouldn't have been charged. It was a very expensive move that was only less than a mile down the street, so I was very unhappy. Read more

Absolutely AWFUL Experience

One of their movers was argumentative and combative the entire day. I had to make 4-5 calls to their customer service throughout the day to complain, eventually telling them to remove that person from my property. After all was said and done they destroyed $1,800 in crystal, dishes, property, etc. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Read more
