THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!
Irresponsible movers! Broken furniture, damaged doors and a hole and scratches in the walls and a whole lot of anger, frustration, and anxiety!. I had made arrangements for between 1:00 and 2:00 in the afternoon but the mover didn't even call until well after 2:00 to ask if we were ready. Once they finally showed up, it was in moving truck half full of what one of the movers said was "a bunch of junk my buddy needs to take to the dump". I started feeling a little uneasy about the situation at this point but we needed to get moved and it was already after 3:00 when they showed up. During the loading process they folded the mattress in half and ruined it but to top it off they caught it on a door strike plate and ripped it down the center, also damaging the door and frame but we didn't see that until they broke the mirror off of a vanity then said they didn't see the mirror!!! WTF, how can you not see a mirror attached to a piece of furniture you are moving. At this point I got mad and told them to stop what they were doing, Kyle (one of the movers) called Scott (the boss/owner) and after he talked to him, Scott wanted to talk to me and he proceeded to tell me that nothing was covered by insurance, even though the movers said it was. I tried calling Scott several times since to discuss the nightmare but he wouldn't return any of my calls. I managed to get him to answer the phone when I called from a different number and asked him for his Business license number, insurance policy number, and the drivers CDL number, but he told me it wouldn't do me any good since there wasn't a contract signed. Of course not, they drivers took it when they left! I honestly don't think they have any of those things even though Scott told me they had both when I initially spoke to him on the phone. I would never, never, never use them because I value my belongings way to much, I honestly wouldn't let them even move my garbage!
