RUN THE OTHER WAY

Careless movers, they ran out of blankets to wrap furniture, damaged furniture, lost hardware, overcharged by 10 minutes. Filed claim per their instructions, on their form, included pictures. 90 days later and it is still not resolved. Every time we call the office, we get the run-around. They keep saying, "the check is in the mail." Do not take your chances. Run the other way. Read more

Good experience

Everything was fine, the move was good it was the guy in the office that was the problem but that's another story. The couch was heavy and I felt really bad for them cause they didn't bring enough people, everything was handled well and delivered on time. Read more

I had no problems

Mine was a simple move, I had stuff that needed to be transferred from one building to another. They gave me a really good quote on a two hour window and they came out, finished it. They were extremely helpful, willing to go the extra mile do whatever they needed. They didn't waste time and were very efficient. I had no problems. Read more

They worked hard until they started ...

They were supposed to come between eight and nine, they showed up a little late because of traffic ... Then they got here and like the first hour ... Just really doing a lot of work. So after we got out of my first apartment ... They followed me there and then production just completely slowed down after that ... They bill for the first two hours and then it's an extra $94 every hour, but they went two hours over their estimate. Read more

I would never hire them again, they ...

It was awful. It was amazingly horrible. These people changed the rate when they were doing the move. The guys who were working were fine but the move took longer than expected so most of the things that I wanted couldn't get done. And also they changed my rate dramatically and the guy from the company told me that because English is not my first language that I misunderstood. That was really rude. Fair move, decent price

They were on-time. They did it within the exact framework that they said they were going to and didn't have any problems. Pricing was maybe just a bit much. They were in the same ballpark as everybody else. The main thing was they had people available at the time I needed them. Two companies were completely booked on Saturday and the other ones were not open on Monday at all. These guys were booked on Saturday but they were able to do it on Monday. I absolutely would recommend them. I would just say if you want a fair move with a decent price, call them for sure. No complaints. They got it done exactly when they said they would in the amount of time. They were very nice. The moving company did all the plastic wrap. The thing about the plastic wrap - when you get to the door sometimes the plastic would wrap on a door knob or something like that, whereas if you had a cloth it would go through doorways easier. Job done well

They were excellent. The price was reasonable. Packing was already done, we didn't do that. It was already in storage, so they didn't have to do any of that. Everything went as per our expectations

The experience went as well as could be expected. They were very conscientious about moving the furniture and so forth. The only disappointment was, and I guess it was probably my fault, was that it ran over the cost that we had expected. I don't think I could hold those folks responsible for that. They did everything they could to get as much of it done as quickly as possible. I received all the services that I requested. They wrapped things that needed to be wrapped - fragile and large pictures and sheets of glass and so forth. Everything went as well as could be expected. Like I said, we were over cost, but I don't think they could have done anything differently. It just took longer than we anticipated. They did about as well as could be expected given the time and the number of pieces that had to be moved. They were very responsive. They got back to me. They emailed. An average move

They were friendly. After the fact I found that I was missing a box but it has been few weeks they had moved me so I didn't even bother to call them. It did had some fairly expensive items in it. Since I moved from storage unit and the storage unit was completely empty when we left it. It had remained on that truck which was kind of mess. I am pretty sure they overlooked on the truck. I don't think they were all that thorough. They weren't very professional. I worked in the northeast for a long time. So this is the first experience moving in Florida and there was a big difference in the quality of the individuals that do the move. The Northeast versus Florida. The price was what they quoted me so I was okay with that. Yes I have received all the services that I have requested.. My suggestion for future customers would be - just to check the truck when the movers are finished. Customers should check the truck to make sure every parts has been moved to their apartment or house. Packing was okay but again there is a huge difference between northeast versus south because in northeast they are very very thorough with the way they wrap, and the way they secure everything. I think this company was so haphazard in what they did. They just kind of did it . They didn't do a thorough job, threw it on the truck, away we went. Read more

Quick and efficient

It was excellent. The only problem I had with them was they were supposed to be here within a certain period of time. They got held up on the move prior to mine so they were late getting here. Once they got here they were fabulous. They did everything quickly and efficiently, and respectfully. They got me moved in hour and half. The only complaint I have is the fact that they didn't meet the original time estimate for when they would be here. But financially and professionalism, everything was right on target. Yes I have received all the services that I requested. Packing was done up to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them and I would certainly call them again if I had moving needs. Missing Medication

We have a good suspicion that one of the workers took my daughter's hydrocodone pills. She had recently been in a bad accident and it was on the bedside table in her room. I remembered it but when I got there it was gone. We asked them about it. Of course, both denied it. It was the shorter of the two that we suspect. We couldn't definitely prove it so didn't call police. However, we tore the place apart after they left and did not find it. We no longer have the copy of our bill. Our move was on Dec. 31. Outstanding moving experience

It was excellent. Nothing really stood out. They showed up on time, they didn't dilly dally while loading our stuff and they got us all loaded up. We got up here and unloaded the stuff off. I was just very impressed by the way they stayed on things, they took very good care of all of our things that were packed. When I say there is nothing that stood out it's because I guess everything was outstanding, I had no complaints with them. The price was less than what they had. My wife took care of that, so I don't know exactly. The guy gave me the bill when I came in and I checked and asked him, is this right? I thought it was going to be more. So, it was around $300 I remember and we moved several miles. So I thought it was more than fair. They were fine, they were courteous, they were careful with our stuff. If we requested something they were good at taking caring of that. We had everything packed, so they really didn't do any packing. My advice is keep up the good work. Read more

Great Moving Experience

I am writing to thank you and to let you know that we had a great moving experience with your moving company. My boyfriend, Jeff booked the move from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale. First of all, I would have written sooner but I just got my internet set up in my new home. I have to tell you how pleased I am with your company. Danny and Jerry were great- they showed up promptly, they were very professional and polite, and they were very efficient. I even had a challange of a treadmill that wouldn't lock into place and they still got everything out without a scratch on the furniture or the walls. Additionally, I am very pleased with our final price- it ended up being a little less than the estimate because we had everything ready.
