SCAMMERS! Extrortionists!

The story is just too long, but run as far away from this company as you could. they charged me way, way more than the original price. and ai was stuck, because I was leaving to go to my new city that afternoon, so I was stuck with having to use them. they told me (via Binding estimate, which I have a copy) that it would take 14 calendar days to get my stuff. Well the day of the move they presented a completely different contract than what I agreed to via email. This one says 30 day (maybe 3, I don't recall). Either way, here I am six weeks later and I don't have my stuff. The customer service reps are a bunch of wise guys that enjoy inciting customers. I finally had to have my brother speak to the owner to see if he could make any progress. The owner became of a negative review that I posted online somewhere, and he threatened to ruin my brother's business if we didn't remove the negative review by tomorrow! He told my brother that he does websites and online marketing for a living and that he could ruin my brother's business. He said that if we didn't remove the negative review by tomorrow that he would build a web site to ruin my brother's business. he said that he could link my brother to ISIS! My brother actually had to file a complain with the FBI over this. Whatever you do, do not do any business with All Over United Moving and Storage. As a matter of fact, due your due diligence, because my online research has me thinking that they are associated with several other moving type companies. I may be wrong on that, but I certainly would make sure that I didn't do business with this company or any company that seems like it may be a subsidiary of this company. They are based out of Hallandale,. FL.

Terrible Customer Service and Worse ...

We selected All Over United for our move from FL to MI after speaking with 5 over companies. We chose them because we liked (and at the time) trusted the gentleman that estimated our move and handled our paperwork. We had an in-home estimate which we were told is supposed to provide the best pricing. Not only was their price great, but the guy that came to our house was helpful and knowledgeable. We were quoted $3600 for our move. Scheduling the move day went fairly well, there was a delay due to a bad rain storm but that was beyond the drivers control. When they did final make the move the final price came out to more than $1000 above what we had a been quoted. At that point we knew we had been low-balled to secure the deal. Many of the other (and we now know better) companies gave us estimate around the $4300, which would have been a much better choice. While we had now choice at that point but to pay the extra, we felt absolutely swindled by our sales person. We were alerted to the departure of our things on Monday 1/4/15 and were told to expect delivery 3-5 days later. We understood that there would be slight variation on that, which is not the upsetting part. The upsetting part is the complete lack of communication on the part of All Over United. We never heard from ANYONE regarding the progress of the delivery. We called multiple times only to get an answering service. In addition, at the time of the call to let us know when shipment would take place, we were told we were paid in full. We weren't sure that was correct but needed to check our account to see what the last draft was that they had collected. When the driver finally called on Saturday 1/9 (6 days later) around 5pm we were told that delivery would be the next day 1/10 between 10-12pm. The driver was very difficult to understand and let us know of a balance on the account that must be paid when he arrived. We prepared a check and brought it with us. The load arrived by 4pm 1/10/16 due to snow. We understood the delay and preferred that they take their time to ensure their safety and the safety of our load. ONCE they arrived we were informed that we could only pay by Certified Check or Cash. Being Sunday, and being that we WERE NOT TOLD THIS prior to delivery this was an absolute shock. We were called by a customer service representative that was ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND COMPLETELY UNSYMPATHETIC. Of course, it was the driver that was the only one that could get someone on the phone, we hadn't been able to reach anyone since the previous Friday. We were told that we couldn't use their secure payment portal (as we had for all other payments) and that we would be charged $700 if the driver had to stay over night. While we understand their need for this type of payment to ensure the safety of the company, they need to make their customers aware. they also need to have a least a the tiniest bit of

I was blown away with how the men at All Over United made our move look like it was a piece of cake. They handled our furniture like pros and we had no damage or issues at all great effort. Also the price was very reasonable and worth the time saved.

All Over United Movers are great

So besides the fact that the price was outstanding I really appreciate the effort and poise that the crew showed when moving us. the move was not easy. it was hot with no AXC there was stairs involved and my wife was going nuts like movezilla but the men were polite and accomodating . Had no issues or headaches and the quote given by Larry was spot on and he was quite the gentlemen. Thanks so much All Over United for being super attentive and doing an excellent job handling our belongings it was a pleasure to work with you.

On time and professional

The movers and staff at All Over United Moving was awesome. Moving is terrible in general but these guys made it easy and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a mover. The crew was awesome and very helpful.

Great service and paid less than qote!

I am so thrilled with the service I got from these guys. No only did they save me money by moving me for less than what was estimated they also did a great job with zero damages o delays. The crew was friendly and got along great with my dogs lol.

Recommended to use again

I have moved several times in my life. Some several thousand miles, some down the street. Every time its a new set of movers and sometimes its good sometimes not so good. When I run across a super good experience I am compelled to write a good review. Just as I would be to write a bad one for an awful experience. The guys over at All Over United Moving and Storage really save me from a move from hell. I had hired another company they asked for a small deposit. At first I thought that was a good thing. It ended up not. they called me the day of the move and said they couldn't come. I ended up calling All over United and they were able to pick me up and get me over to Texas. I was starting a new job and didn't want to start off on the wrong foot.

Perfect Move

I am so happy with all over united for making my move go perfect. From the first time we contacted all over united things were smooth. The salesperson was informitive and the crew on move date were so professional. The even crated the tvs for me. The delivery was prompt. I would use all over united again. If you are looking for mover use all over united.

Horrible service

This company may be ok for large loads but beware if you have a small load. They originally told me it would take a week to 10 days to deliver but they took every bit of the days allowed (almost a month), promising all along the way that it would be there shortly. When it was delivered, it was in bad shape with boxes smashed and beaten up. And the furniture was no longer covered, even the covering I put on was taken off. And then I discovered later that they misplaced a valuable piece of furniture that had been hand made for me. They neglected to list it on the shipping order. Then I also found other missing items. They never told me the contents would be shuffled between trucks until there was room on one of the large loads. They never told me that they subcontracted out to truckers instead of having their own trucks and drivers. The delays put myself and my elderly mother in extreme stress for that month, then also when I realized they had lost some of the items.
