Lets call the owner "Phil" by his real name "Ofir Savariego". The driver was kind enough to tell us the truth about that. This individual did business under the name Americarrier previoulsy out of Moreno Valley California to mention just one. Got a quote of just under $6,500.00 for a cross country move. Once they loaded the truck up and locked it they then produced a new chaarge of $12,300.00. After arguing with "Phil" via phone it went up to $15,000.00. A bit later after blocking their truck in "Phil" went back to $12,300.00. Long and short is we ended up agreeing to right around $11,000.00. After hours of going back and fourth we said do it at approximately $11,000.00. After waiting a month for our delivery in mid winter with 2' of snow the truck shows up with just the driver. So my wife and I along with our teen son unloaded the entire truck. We flew back to California and sued them obviously. We won the case and it was the difference between the $6,500.00 initial quote and the $11,000.00 second quote plus extra for damaged property. Well in court on the day of the hearing Mr. Ofir Savariego "Phil" shouted out "I will not pay that bitch one dollar". Shortly after that the company shutdown, cancelled their DOT # and started back up as you guessed it!! Ofir is nothing more than a lifelong conman and criminal. He never payed what the court ordered of course just as he has not paid in other cases he lost. He considers himself to be smarter than most but even after 15 years I continually find him under a new DBA or Corporation. I still have all the original documents in case Ofir/Phil would like to pay up. Hopefully this will save someone a huge disappointment and loads of money.

When I spoke with the guys at Alpha and omega moving and storage over the phone, they offered me the best price and also explained the entire moving process and he was very responsive to my questions. They didn’t ask for an advance payment. So, I hired them and that made to experience a great move. Their movers did perform like real pros. They arrived on time and were very well equipped. Many movers bring so little packing materials with them and then they run out halfway through. I called the same place my home for more than 12 years. Then I had to move to live close to my family. We were moving to go live near the sea. My husband hired Alpha and omega moving and storage to take care of the moving and he left earlier. I was in charge to look after everything. It was a big task but thankfully I had the help from the movers. The crew of four men arrived right on time and got to work immediately. They were so strong and experienced. It was such a last minute rush! Our move couldn’t take place at a worse time. It was the last weekend of the month and all the moving companies were booked months ago. After literally pleading to Alpha and omega moving and storage, they finally accommodated me in a late afternoon slot. I was just grateful that they were not charging me extra for it. Anyway, the movers were amazing. My old apartment was just bad! The movers quite efficiently maneuvered through the narrow hallways and had no issues with the stairs. The van was really big. But the movers really utilized the space well. The made the delivery the next day so I didn’t have to hire any storage. I am just so relieved now that I have moved!

I can forgive Alpha and omega moving and storage for not having the best lowest quote or the shiniest truck because the movers they sent were fantastic. All three men were very well trained and they worked like machines. Boxes were flying out of my apartment. In virtually no time, they set off to my new house. The delivery was made a week later and all my belongings had survived undamaged. I cannot thank these guys enough.

I pursued my dream and it didn’t work out. So it was time to move back home. I hired Alpha and omega moving and storage because the company was referred to me by a friend. When I called them, they seemed very friendly. It was quite easy to get a quote as I didn’t really own too much. The movers showed up bang on time I even got a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. This company takes customer care very seriously. The movers were all very efficient. They packed up my studio apartment in just 80 minutes. I had to pay them for the whole hour though. My valuables were delivered on the scheduled date and nothing went missing. I received unbelievable services at a really low cost.

Hire them today

I hired Alpha and omega moving and storage to conduct my move last week. I called the company and the woman on the phone seemed very friendly. She asked me a lot of questions and then called back after a while with a reasonable quote. Their movers arrived 15 minutes early and they took just 3 hours to safely pack and load my 4-bed house onto their van. There were no issues with anything and all my belongings reached my new home without even a scratch on them. I suggest everyone to hire this company right away.

Horrible experience....beware of ...

Undoubtedly one of the worst experiences of my life. The sales lady Dee was the only bright spot of the whole move. She was the only one who would call me back when she said she was going to and actually passed issues along. Other than that my recommendation would be avoid them like the plague. The guy in charge of move was very shady and just tried to get more money. He came to my move and said well you are over by at least 50 to 100 cubic foot. I then got rid of well over 100 cubic foot of non essentials and still somehow ended up over by 80 sq ft which he never pointed out anything he just guestimated. Did not show me the space only said that I didn’t have enough boxes which led to dead space that I have to pay for. Did not outline the costs of his packing my things. In fact his movers dropped a box of mine, blamed my packing for it, even though all other boxes were fine, then charged me to repack it and 40 dollars for the box. He made calls to put my things in his boxes so he could charge me so much more. I ended up charged 200 dollars just for tape and shrink wrap. Not to mention the other 200 on his boxes. Also very shady wanted to take a picture of my credit card and id in his personal cell phone which I would not allow. Even went as far as to tell me how much he makes an hour and that he works for tips. Which made me trust him even less, if that was humanly possible.Was told by supervisor that when my stuff arrived at transit facility that they would review it and get back to me with actual square footage. Waited 3 weeks to see if they would even call me and they didn’t. Then I called them and they acted like they had no knowledge of what had occurred, even though I called them at least 5 times about it. Offered me 50 bucks off. Honestly if i left it at this ist would be bad enough but it gets worse. So they tell me that they would give me at least 3 to 4 days notice on the approximate date my things would arrive and then the day before the driver would call and tell me the time he would be there which was perfectly fine. I don’t receive any word on my items and book a weekend getaway in NYC before I headed back to the west coast. I get a call at 2pm friday afternoon that my things would be arriving at between 8 and 10 am the following day. I end up losing 300 a night hotel room, which the moving company did not care. Have to turn around and come home to get my things. Of course I call them 3 times and leave messages and no return phone calls. Please be careful when dealing with them. Hidden costs and shady business practices abound here.

Finally found a perfect spot for my new home. And thanks to Alpha and Omega Moving I had a headache free relocation from Hollywood all the way to Ventura County. They arrived on time and were very professional. I am glad I found this company. I really am surprised to see some bad previous reviews. I had a great experience using these guys for my move. Moving itself sucks but they made it as good as it can be. I was skeptical about hiring a moving company, but I am really glad I did. All I can say I had a great service. I needed moving company last minute and they absolutely took the time to assure my stuff got delivered properly and without any damage.

You won't find a better moving ...

It was such a good decision to hire Alpha and omega moving and storage to move my valuables. They were just excellent. First of all, they charged me very reasonably. The man on the phone was very friendly and I could tell he was very well informed about this business. They sent 4 men on the moving day. All four of them were highly trained and very skilled. They packed up all my belongings so quickly and with ease. The vans were loaded and they were done in just 2 hours. I think it would have taken me days to the same job. Everything arrived on time and nothing was damaged or broken. These guys are just the best.

Its a whole different experience

I hired Alpha and omega moving and storage a couple of years back and their performance wasn’t up to the standard. They were still better than many others so I hired them again this time. I was amazed to see how much they have grown from that new and inexperienced phase. Their crew arrived on time just like before. The real improvement was in the way the movers worked. They were so fast and thorough. It took the guys just 2 hours to finish the packing-loading process. The same job took them almost 5 hours last time. The best part is that they still charge very low prices. I say go for them!

I am never hiring any other movers

I really owe Alpha and omega moving and storage for what they did for me. I hired another company initially but they were a no show on the moving day. People who relocate frequently would know what I’m talking about. Hastily I called Alpha and omega moving and storage which dispatched movers immediately. Had they not helped me out that day, I would be homeless for at least a week. They did a great job at moving. I didn’t hire them initially because they seemed expensive. But after the way the movers performed, I don’t care how much they charge!

I can only recommend them

I moved from San Diego, CA to Portland, OR with Alpha and omega moving and storage. Being honest, I never thought of having a picture perfect move because my previous experiences with other companies were not something good. However, I hired this company because of the quoted price and for their sales rep Meesha who scheduled my move within a very short notice and also explained the entire process in detail. Their movers came on time and packed and loaded everything, vulnerable and valuables were nicely wrapped and boxed and my piano was treated with great care. Everything arrived at the other end within the allotted time and in great condition. I can only recommend this company for the wonderful service.

Guys, all the reviews on this site are so obviously fake. Check out Yelp. These guys are the most awful scumbags i've ever witnessed. I'm meeting with my lawyer tomorrow to try to put together a class action lawsuit. All you have to do is look at review after review after review after review of the same complaints- bait and switch, rude and hostile customer service, damaged and stolen goods, movers sexually harassing the women and reeking of pot. My move was across the country and they did all of these things. The owner, Phil, is the worst of them all. IDK how you do things in Russia Phil, but here in the US, you can't steal from people and make it a living. I won't stop until you're in jail dude. Buckle up.

Early morning move

I got the call at night from my boss asking me to relocate the next day. Sure, I didn’t have too many things to move but given the time constraints, I just had to hire a moving company. I called Alpha and omega moving and storage at 8 am asking if they could send over some movers right then. They said yes. The movers arrived after an hour. They packed up everything within an hour only! It really was the fastest move ever since they delivered everything in record time to my new accommodation. Even my boss was surprised that I was able to move so fast!

Unethical, lying thieves

They pretty much lied about everything. The price was way higher than the quote and I was spot-on with my count of my belongings. The movers were late and reeked of pot. The company kept my things in California for 2 months, but had told me it was in storage in North Carolina. When I tried getting a hold of them, it was impossible. When I finally did, the man yelled at me and hung up. WORST experience moving ever. Stay away from this unethical company.

Our move from Sun Valley to Topeka went very smoothly only because we hired Alpha and omega moving and storage. When I called them for a quote, they seemed friendly and I was called back soon with a quote that was more than fair. The movers arrived very much on time and they wasted no time while they were on the clock. All my belongings were safely packed inside boxes. Then along with the furniture, the boxes were systematically carried outside to the van. It was a very successful delivery as nothing got broken or damaged. It really was a very smooth relocation.

I have heard many people complaining about moving companies and they said they would rather move by themselves. When I had to move from Sun Valley, CA to Vegas, NV, I wondered if I should really hire a moving company. I ended up hiring Alpha and omega moving and storage simply because of their reputation. On the plus side, their crew was efficient and none of my things was broken or damaged in the end. On the negative side, the movers arrived 20 minutes late and they used a lot of packing materials. I guess you do find movers who make sure your valuables travel safely but it’s going to cost you!

The movers were so strong; they carried my heavy mattress with such ease. I really can’t praise these guys enough. Lastly, a special mention is needed for their pricing. They quoted quite low to begin with. The final bill was even lower than that. All the packing materials were provided for free. I just couldn’t believe my eyes.

In my opinion, the best thing about Alpha and omega moving and storage was their punctuality. It took them just 10 minutes to call me back with a quote. It was a very reasonable quote. The movers arrived sharp at 10:00 am as promised. They wasted no time while packing and loading my belongings. I was told that they would deliver exactly 4 days later. I got a call at 9:00 am after 4 days telling me that the van was on its way. Very rarely I get to see such efficiency. On top of that, all my valuables were undamaged.

I have two young children. They have ridiculous amount of toys and baby clothes. I went for the full package with Alpha and omega moving. They had to pack each and every item we own. Poor men had to word twice as hard to make this move possible. Even the smallest of toys didn’t miss their attention. It was so good to see such professionalism still exists. Our move was made so easy by these amazing movers. They were quite affordable as well.

The great relocation

As excited as I was, I was also very worried considering the distance between Sun Valley, CA to Houston, TX. But the capabilities and resourcefulness of Alpha and omega moving made our move quite easy. They didn’t quote astronomically like other moving companies. The four movers arrived 10 minutes early and started work immediately. My house was a 3000 sqft monster but the movers managed to finish the job in just 4 hours. The sheer skills and organization displayed by the movers was very impressive. I had a wide window for delivery but they managed to deliver everything in just 4 days. It was great to see how well everything travelled. I will definitely hire them again when I move from Texas.

Very humble movers

There are reasons why I’m writing this review. I have never come across a more efficient and honest moving company in my life and I have relocated 12 times in total. I hired Alpha and omega moving because they have a good reputation and the services others provided me before were really not adequate. I asked the movers to come after 3 pm. They arrived at 3:15. They have already had two other appointments that day and the foreman apologized right after they arrived for being 15 minutes late. Then they got to work and started packing everything. They weren’t the quickest given how tired they already were. But the men pushed through and finished everything in 3 hours. The surprising part was that they charged me for only 2 hours. I was so touched for this gesture. They delivered everything on time and in great condition to Detroit, MI. I was quite glad to see how well all my things have traveled all the way from union City, NJ. This company really delivers what is promised.
