Scam fraud company

They promised us that our car will be shipped today and no one is reaching us for anything. This is a scam and fraud company and highly recommend not reaching this company.

A total rip off, and do not use

was quoted a price of $600 which would cover 5 hrs of moving, $120 an hr. was told that they could handled my glass doors of my mother's china cabinet and that the only extra cost is if they needed extra packing materials beyond the normal. well when they arrived they refused to take the glass door from the china cabinet, and when they arrived at my house i was handed a bill, which had to be paid in cash for $1472. they charged me for $242 for extra material, i could live with that. but then they charged me $1080 for labor, $70 for gas and $80 for tolls. (there are no tolls from my mother's house to mine) while they were moving my furniture in they put a hole in one of my walls. the man in charged took $100 off the price. when i called to question the bill the man at the office was rude and disrespectful and hung up on me. my husband then called and question the man and he was put on hold four times, till he was also hung up on. i would not recommend this company, they are a total scam and rip off.

Wonderful Job

Thank you for doing a wonderful job relocating us to Bethlehem, PA. The men that were on the job were a pleasure to work with and very efficient on the move. I would like to compliment the four men Philip, Alex, Dmitriy, and Jim for a job well done.

Courteous, Professional and Efficient

I just wanted to take a moment to write a note of thanks to Victor and Alex along with their foreman Michael for a great job done on my move. They were not only courteous but also professional and efficient. It made our move from Bensonhurst to Anndale much nicer. I will definitely recommend your services to my friends and family.

Thieves

They ripped us off , would only take cash at delivery after first promising to accept a credit card. Threatened to (steal our furniture unless we paid their jacked up price which was more than double their estimate, required police intervention to prevent theft of our furniture. Tom was a a liar and his illeterate boss in Bayonne was an expert at extortion, the employees used in our move were inexperienced, illeterate and broke 2/3 of our furniture and items.THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SUED IN A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful

First they were suppose to come one day then canceled and came the next day 2 hours late. Once they got here started putting my stuff on the truck and said they thought I had more then I was quoted so I said I would just like to put up to the limit I was quoted and don't worry about the rest. The owner said they weren't going to do my move for that really that was the original plan??? Way to treat a military family that their husband is overseas....Owners are horrible!!!!

Love this company

I wanted to write a review for this company because I had such a good experience with them , which is not a usual thing while moving. I had a free in home estimate done - when he came he was pleasent and very professional. He went out of his way to stop and explain all questions that I had for him. On the morning of my move the movers did arrive ON time. Again they were very professional and I was treated in a very respectfull way - all could speak the english language very well. They went over my contract with me and explained everything before I signed it. I was also notified during the move of any materials they thought they would need before they used them since materials were an additional fee. By the end of the move the price of my move only came out a mere $93 above the estimate - which was very important to me since I was moving on a very tight budget All in All - this was one of the best moves I have ever made and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I got a free in hom estimate from this comany on a move to VA. Michael Cappiello came to my home to give me this estimate. On my move day everything that he promised came true. my movers were very professional and my move went off wihtout a hitch. I would recomend this company to anyone. I move around a lot for work and this was the BEST experience I have ever had with a caompany

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I concur with the previous review. I cannot even begin to tell you the drama we encountered with our move. They are unprofessional, they do not have any customer service skills and they treat you sooo poorly. Whatever you do, stay away from this company.
