not good

Carefully count and inspect your own boxes if they pack them. Inspect them before they are sealed and count them loading and unloading. They will also underfill boxes and charge the full amount. They will significantly inflate the numbers of boxes and make exorbitant overcharges! One of their employees stole approximately $5000.00 worth of antiques and sterling silver. He had stolen before at another company and was fired. They didn't do a proper background check and hired him...failure to do their "do diligence". They fired him too but his cohort is still employed by them.
