They charged by $700 more, and they said they would underestimate. They didn't assemble my furniture. They were supposed to. They promised me.

the staff was good, but

The office staff was really good with work and staff, but there was some stuff I was disappointed in. We wound up with some broken items and where they said there would be boxes on the truck and pictures that they advertised, they wrapped stuff with plastic, they didn't wrap any of my stuff. They said I couldn't file a claim. They were a little higher until I told them I had a lower rate, and then they gave me a flat $700 rate and told me it was flexible and it wound up that they wanted $1,200 in the end and that was because they had picked up my stuff late, and where it was going you couldn't be there after 10 and then they tried to charge me for storage and I was like "that's not my fault, you were supposed to be there by 11." I haven't even had a chance to talk to them, but I had asked for my wooden furniture to be delivered to my actual house, and the next thing I knew I had mice. I don't know if they moved somebody else and their stuff was infested with mice, but that's it. The office staff was nice, the majority of the movers were nice.

They arrived a little bit early they were very professional and they were very quick. I mean those guys were strong. they were picking up everything and putting it away I hardly turned around and it was all gone. Then when they got to the storage place they packed it in quickly and it was just in and out. I was surprised. They were all neatly dressed had their uniforms on they were very friendly they were very helpful and efficient.
