SCAM ARTISTIS !!!! Damaged my car and ...

----WARNING WARNING TO ALL -- DO NOT USE CERTIFIED AUTO RELOCATION AT ANY COST TO HAUL YOUR CAR , THEY WILL SCREW YOU SIDEWAYS AND BLINDLY INCREASE THE RATE YOU PAY AT DELIVERY BY $500 OR MORE. ---- So we originally booked an order with Montway.com to have our 2020 Mustang Roushe transported from Miami, FL to Lexington, KY. Montway happened to assign the load to " Certified Auto Relocation " . When the car was loaded initially we figured all would be good. We also figured that the route from FL to KY would be a rather quick , 1-2 day route. After the third day , we began getting a bit worrisome, and we are actually pretty chill types of people. We figured we would get the car in 1-3 days and we would pay the driver at delivery and that would be that. But after 3 days had gone by with no phone calls or texts from Certified Auto, we started calling Montway to see if they had any updates. They also tried calling the carrier, but could not reach the driver or the dispatch. Fast forward about 24 hours, I got the random idea to check the GPS on the car, so I went online, and took a look. The car was literally sitting at a COLLISION SHOP. After calling the collision shop, I was told that the carrier had accidentally dropped their deck down to low, and smashed the whole top of my beautiful brand new Roushe Mustang. And we had to find this out from the shop !!!!!!!! The carrier literally picked this car up, damaged / totaled it out, and then had the audacity to just drop it at a repair facility without ever contacting myself or Montway. I was livid. As of this review, we are still trying to get compensated for this massive shit show created by this company. They should be out of service and banned from hauling cars in the future. I hope the FMCSA sees this review and checks them out, as they should have their licenses revoked. We will likely be suing them and Montway.
