Outstanding Workers!

Outstanding workers. We moved in the same area but they do short and long. The team was very detailed and careful with everything making sure they didn't bump corners, brush walls or drop anything. So I thought I did my due diligence by looking up moving companies to pick one that would do the job right... I saw reviews on google maps and thought that was enough. Wrong. Check them out on BBB. This is a terrible company and once they make a disaster they disappear and are MIA. So, they have inexperienced movers who will ruin your belongings, will shove wood furniture through doors without bothering to take the legs off, and then strap the furniture down in the truck without padding and put wooden and upholstered pieces onto the wet wooden floor of their truck. Their truck is poorly maintained and leaked about a quart of oil onto the ground at each address. I caught one of the guys eating a sandwich when they should’ve been moving. They showed up late, didn’t notify us that their truck broke down on the side of the road until we told them that we drove by and saw them!! They also are very unsafe one of them getting hurt from falling off the back of their truck in the slick rain. They lost control of their moving truck in the rent house front lawn leaving tire marks across the lawn, knocked over a 20’ section of 8’ tall fencing and hit a large tree which split open the root ball. Then as they scribbled out the bill and it came to $2500!!! They only moved half of our stuff and took all day because they didn’t know what they were doing!! They said they couldn’t do anything about the bill we would have to speak with Johnathan (still cannot get ahold of him and it’s nearly 90 days now after the incident). We paid when one of the guys straps a firearm to his waist in our home! The office screens their phone calls. When you finally get ahold of the receptionist they slowly get you forms and make you do other busywork activities like lists and pictures just to stonewall you and waste more time and energy. Last Minute Movers

Me and my wife were closing on our house and did not know when the closing date was untill last minute. We knew 3 days before we were moving. We called them 2 days before our move day and they ended up sending a 4 man crew with a box truck to come help us pack and move. It took them 7 hours to complete the move and spent $1700. These guys were great

These guys were great. From the first phone call to the last box they lugged up 3 flights of stairs. Long story, spendy but totally worth it. We move A LOT due to the nature of our work. Dont be alarmed by having to give a deposit by phone..I was at first but understand why and they are great. Right on time and in fact beat us to our destination. Bremerton to Puyallup, they were already unloading when we got to our latest place. We WILL be calling them again. Worth itbecause moving Sucks soooo much! Thanks guys! See you soon? Read more
