One stop solution

This company made what could have been a nightmare so simple! I am still floored by the service we were provided. We were forced to move cross country for job relocation. While we were excited about new beginnings, the idea of moving this far was terrifying. We have moved several times with my job in the past, but never a move of this magnitude. We were nervous about the cost and the care of our belongings. Our experiences in the past have left us less than satisfied and often resulted in the loss of at least one belonging. This company started the process with such a simple scheduling call. They were very flexible and understanding of what we needed as we needed to move rather quickly. Everyone who works for this company was professional and respectful. After packing up our home, we were able to rest in knowing that our belongings were in good hands. The move was simply made flawless. We don’t have enough good things to say. We are more than pleased and will definitely be using Dynamic movers for future moves!

Money minded people - worst experience

I had my shipment quote from Wisconsin to Texas for 3250$ with one month free storage included. I called the dynamic movers and updated them that I will not be moving to Texas as my project is canceled and I will be updating them the new address in a week. 6 days later I got a call from them saying my items are in Texas and I need to pay additional 3000$ to sent it to my new location. I explained very clearly that I had communicated them not to take my items to Texas but no proper response. I again paid 3000$ to ship it my new address on Sep 9th, till today my items are neither shipped nor I am getting a proper date of my shipment, I am writing this review to let people think 10 times before signing a contract with dynamic movers. Email or phone call to update/change the shipping address has no value with these people and once you pay the amount you wont be treated the same while signing the contract - Absolute trash movers..

Verified terrible services. Please ...

We have been waiting to hear from somebody, anybody, about our missing wardrobe box. The job # DY3846242. We have made calls to our sales rep, who promptly returned our calls BEFORE we signed the contract but has not returned any calls last week. Spoke to QA personnel a week ago on the 20th, he said someone would be calling us, Nothing as of a week later. Called the main company number several times, left messages, not one return call ! We have been more than patient. Our pickup finally arrived on Aug. 31st and was two days late. Our delivery was also two days late, as the drivers allegedly hit an elk and their Dodge Ram 350 needed repairs. They arrived at 10:00 PM on Sept 12th.! Our new neighbors were not happy as the unloading was not completed until almost 1:00 AM ! And we are missing a large wardrobe box. We are not happy the way the truck was loaded then unloaded in IL and reloaded at a warehouse, probably where our box is at. We have never heard of such service. We will be more than happy to start writing reviews everywhere we can and seeking legal advice. Again we have been more than patient during this whole process. To top things off, after four inventory updates, FOUR, our final cost was almost 50% higher than the fourth update! We started at 3700.00. Last update was 4600.00. Our final cost was 6500.00. This is not acceptable, we will contact the Better Business Bureau if our complaint is not settled. We believe we have experienced the worst possible moving experiece and terrible customer service. We also would like you to refund the ridiculous up charges.Jeff

Top Class Company

Over the holiday weekend I had my furniture delivered and my move was completed by Dynamic movers. I can tell early on - from the very beginning this company was well put together. My salesman was knowledgeable and helped me save a good amount of money, the dispatch department coordinated the whole move through me and it happened seamlessly. They were all very clean and nothing was damaged inside the house or anywhere on the truck. I would use them again without a doubt. The attention to detail and willingness to help me save money was what we needed for this way of here.

Number one company

These are the kind of people you can trust right from the first meeting. These are the type of people you find yourself getting along with barely few minutes after your first encounter. They are so friendly and I found an easy time getting along with them during my relocation. In fact, the work seemed a lot faster and easier with their multiple stories. I did not even realize that we were winding up until the last sofa set was packed. It was such a lovely relocation. I am still grateful to Dynamic movers fraternity. Even in days to come, I will still be thankful for all that they did to me. That one was beyond monetary gains; it was passion and willingness to assist. The services were offered who heartedly. I was relocated to Georgia in one of the best ways. The crew that facilitated the relocation was indeed awesome and I want to appreciate them for that.

Moving was easy with them

I've moved a couple times in my life and this is by far the best experience. From beginning to end, Dynamic movers listened to all of my requests and fulfilled them to the T. I couldn't ask for more competent movers because they listen exactly to directions and take great care of all your personal things. For many people moving becomes a nightmare, while for me it was a breeze and I’m grateful for that.

They were also friendly and very skilled. The whole move went perfectly and we enjoyed having them in our home. I moved with the best

Because of family issues I needed to move short notice. I had a great impression of Dynamic movers the whole way. What first convinced me to go with them was then pleasant initial phone call I had where they were willing to listen to all my concerns and answer all my questions patiently. I really feel they went the extra mile and listened to my needs and picked the most efficient way to move, not the most profitable for them. They made what could have been a harrowing, stressful experience run nicely. If I need to move again I will definitely go with Dynamic!

Misleading, terrible customer service, ...

Charles Smith Sr. Moving Consultant from Dynamic movers originally quoted $10,517 for the move, he told us that they own all of their trucks, they would come with a 5 man team, and the move would take one day. Then Cal G. called from Colorado and did a two-hour detailed walk-thru of every room in the house and the quote came back at $14,670, this was acceptable to us so we moved forward. On the day of the move two guys showed up in a Budget rental truck that was obviously too small to pack our home, one of the movers walked into the house, he spent about 10 minutes walking around the house, he then got on the phone with his supervisor for another 10 minutes, when he hung up he told us that this move was going to cost us an additional $4,760. We discussed this with the mover to no end. We were closing on the house three days later and had no choice but to move forward. The move ended up taking 2 1/2 days. The movers punched two holes in the wall and broke one of the spindles on the main staircase. When we were signing the closing paperwork at the end of the move from our old home, the mover told us to write the delivery date on the contract, he also told us this would be the day our furniture would be delivered to the new home in California, we wrote down 8/12/2019. When the movers left the house i noticed that they left one of the inventory sheets in the Garage, it was sheet # 12, so they only left with 11 inventory sheets. I immediately took a picture of the sheet and called Cal, Cal told me to email the sheet to qualityassurance@dynamic-movers.com, I did this on 8/6/2019 @ 11:26 am Mountain Time zone. As the move-in date to the new home approached my wife called Dynamic movers and wanted to see what time they were arriving on 8/12, the dispatch lady told her that we would not get our furniture for another 14-16 business days, she argued with them about this letting them know it was supposed to be at our new home 8/12. The dispatch lady told her that she was sorry and there was nothing she could do about this. This went on for days / weeks. We finally recieved a call on 8/26 from a driver letting us know that he would be at our home at 7am the morning of 8/27. The movers showed up at 11:30am, they put most of the furniture in the garage, they could not assemble our couch, 3 tables, Desk and a bed because pieces (legs) were missing. Towards the end of the move we noticed that quite a few items were missing, me and the driver sat down and went over the inventory sheets. We discovered that the driver only had 11 inventory sheets and was missing the 12th inventory sheet, most of the items missing were identified on that 12th inventory sheet. There were 28 items on the 12th inventory sheet that were not delivered including Washer/Dryer, Sleep Number Bed, Expensive DJ Equipment, Spinn Bike, Elliptical, Patio Furniture, Full Drum Set, 2 Large Yamaha DJ Speakers, Wooden Office Desk, 4 Workout Benchs, Weights, Traeger Grill and mo

Best in my opinion

I am happy with my overall experience with this moving company. They proved to be competent and compliant with the normal moving procedures. Their diligence is the reason why my things reached their intended destination in one piece. The movers had positive attitudes throughout the move, so this was an added bonus on top of highly competent service. I can’t recommend this moving company enough to anyone planning a move!

You guys are worth hiring

After a long search for movers, we came across Dynamic movers on the internet. After various quotes received from different vendors, we decided to go with them because of the 5 star rating and excellent record. We felt with such an excellent record they had to be good. We were not disappointed with the professionalism provided by this moving company. First with a written proposal and follow up phone calls so that everyone was one the same page for the move. Thank you guys for making the transactions of this move a smooth one. We will most definitely keep your name and number at hand for future moves.

Moved without stress

I was very pleased with the experience. I had never used a moving company before however, I was pleasantly surprised with how well Dynamic movers communicated and worked with me. The movers were kind, thoughtful and respectful of my property. They worked quickly while still being careful not to damage anything. I was completely satisfied with my experience from beginning to end. Thank you guys for a less stress move.

They are great

This was my first time utilizing movers. Services from Dynamic Movers was great. Movers were actually early and came in a team of two. Both movers worked quickly and efficiently and had my apartment packed up in no time. These guys got my moved faster than I ever could have done on my own. Will definitely recommend to friends and use again for any future moves.

Avoid at all costs

Do NOT use this company - their new website is http://www.thedynamicmovers.com. It appears that they constantly change their website and listed address when they get bad reviews. I believe most of their reviews on this website and on other websites are fake. I have contacted people who have left poor reviews and they were also deceived into the exact same situation as myself. I was told by sales rep Sam Glazer that my move would take 7 days because 'they have standards'. My estimated time was 3-14 business days. He persuaded me not to go with other companies and said their estimates for cost and delivery 'was a joke'. My actual cost was $1500 more than my estimate. I signed a contract at the time of booking that was different than the contract at the time of pickup. The only good thing is that the men who packed my move were fast, thorough, and wrapped things appropriately. It has been 26 days since my pickup, 18 business days, and the company will not give me any dates of when my things will be delivered. All I have been told for sure is that my things are in a storage facility in Illinois. I have been told 2-7 business days for a driver to load (once assigned) and then 2-7 business days to actually deliver. The dispatch department (Clarissa and Shanika) stated this is in the contract - it is in neither contract. The dispatch and customer service department will not let me speak to a manager from sales. I have emailed Sam Glazer 6 times, I have emailed the information address once, I have left Sam 3 voicemails, I left Natalie Rogers 1 voicemail, and I left Quality Assurance 1 voicemail - none of these messaged have been returned. I asked Shanika in dispatch how she would live if she didn't have any cups, anything to cook with, or a bed to sleep in for 26 days. She said 'I would buy cheap plastic cups and I would buy cheap pots and pans.' I have been offered no other avenues to deal with these grievances. The customer service is terrible and the company is deceitful Whatever you do, avoid dynamic movers!!!! It is a scam!!

Great bunch of people

When the movers came to my house to move my stuff, they asked me to turn on the CD set and I did. We rocked and rocked as we moved my stuff. It was interesting time with them because it was surprising how fast and fun-filled the entire move process was. Honestly, this was an exact opposite of my previous moves with most other moving companies. These movers were a great help when I needed them most. The move was challenging for my family and I because my kids never wanted to leave the old apartment. This is why I am indebted to these guys because they asked me to take care of my family while they handle the move excellently and they did. Thanks for the help you rendered Dynamic movers!

Hands down best movers

We put our information on the computer to try to find the right moving company for us. Dynamic movers stepped up. They give us free boxes for a TV as well as the mattress covers. They explain the contract in detail and nothing was left in the gray area. We are simple people who just wanted a simple moves and this was the perfect company for us. It was a comfortable move.

We have long thought about leaving in a warm and cozy place. Finally, we decided. We bought a nice big house. But we wanted to transport all our things and furniture. Glad to have found a good carrier. We moved to Florida. All our belongings were carefully packed, carefully secured in the car and quickly delivered. We were satisfied.

Surely they are a great moving option

My roommate and I have opposite work schedules, which made it a lot more difficult for us to be able to move all of our belongings at once, or to even help each other for that matter. We'd lost hope all together until a friend referred us to Dynamic movers. Not only did they help us move all of our stuff in half the time, but there services were also affordable, and easy to fit into our busy lives. It made a gruesome process a whole lot less of a hassle. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future.

They were terrific

My wife and I had to do a major relocation. Due to my work I had to move while she settled things at home. I wanted to hire movers that she would feel comfortable with when it was time for her to join me. Dynamic movers was a great choice for us. Their guys were respectful all the way through. They treated our home like their own and went out of their way to help my wife with everything she needed. Their prices were very reasonable and the service we received was excellent.

Well done guys

My hubby said we will never move again, we found a really great place to be. It was difficult convincing him. We moved from Florida to Tennessee and we love it. These guys worked their heart out to ensure the safety of our valuables and they did manage to pull that off. We didn’t have to arrange everything, they did everything for us.

Tension free relocation

I was so tensed while moving last month. But hiring Admiral van lines eased all my tensions. The crew arrived right on time. They packed everything carefully and loaded them cautiously onto the van. The movers were superbly skilled and very friendly. The delivery window was big but they delivered early. Nothing was broken, damaged or lost. This company is nothing like the other moving companies and I can definitely appreciate that.

They managed my move without a hitch

At least now I have an idea of how it feels to be honored with diligent services. All my life, I have never been lucky with service providers. It is either I bump into average service providers or terrible ones. I thought it wasn’t going to be any different when I hired out Dynamic movers. I expected them to perform averagely. To my amazement, they did it beyond belief. The speed was too fast without compromising on the quality of work done. Above everything, my properties were given the care they deserved.

Great job by none other but Dynamic movers. They moved me few weeks ago. It wasn’t easy for the movers, but they relocated everything quickly and without ever feeling frustrated. I loved the fact that they had enough wrappers to wrap all my stuff, and my furniture was delivered without any scratches. Go for this company

When I move, the first thing I am worried about is the heavy objects and the valuables. I know that I can't carry heavy things by myself and I also know that I shouldn't be trusted carrying valuable things, I am a total clutz; which is why I relied on Dynamic movers. While not only working quickly and efficiently, they treat your belongings like their own. They are very gracious and cautious about how they handle things. You guys did a great job

Dynamic movers is undoubtedly the best moving company I have ever come across. Everything about these guys was tip top. Starting from their uniform to the vehicles, no details have been spared. The movers arrived right on time and wasted absolutely no time in packing up everything. Then they carefully loaded everything to the Truck waiting outside. None of my valuables were broken or damaged during the journey. I didn’t even know such efficiency exists anymore! Thanks a lot guys.

They did the job for me

After working for the company for 20 years, I lost my job for some issues. I was so upset and frustrated. I used to live in a big apartment but it was quite depressing for me to leave that luxurious apartment for budget crunch. I just hired Dynamic movers as their quote was affordable for me to move into my family home all the way across the country. I was not expecting good services from them but shockingly they did everything beyond my imagination. Even they did some extra packing for me without any extra charge. They were very friendly and affordable. The movers were great. I wish them best of luck.

I have used many moving companies in the past and I always tried different movers because none of those companies were able to meet my demands. But just 4 days ago Dynamic movers proved that they have the qualities that I was looking in my mover. They were assigned to pack and move all my belongings. Should be your best bet

Our move was a difficult one. Two days, 5 hours away is not an easy thing to do. Yet dynamic movers busted their butts to get it done. A two day move with is not cheap but compared to all the quotes I received, it was a pretty good deal. 4 bedroom 2 story house to another 2 story house and to do it with no complaining is pretty rare. If you ever need to move and want a no run around company Dynamic movers is your best bet.

Excellent moving company

I recently moved to a new apartment and it was amazing with Dynamic movers. They arrived on time, the price was very reasonable. They were very careful to take care and wrap my pieces very well. I ended up needing extra help at the last minute, and they were happy to help. The customer service was great. I dealt with the owner directly and he made sure I was well taken care of. I was surprised at how affordable it could be to get some extra help moving more than we thought we had, especially at last moments notice. Good value, great work. Great moving company!

Way above my expectations!!!! I hate moving but this guys made so it easy! Great prices. I had to reschedule but that wasn't a problem for them, they were very accommodating. I am also very picky about my collectibles and they were extremely careful...Top notch customer service and professionalism. Excellent movers

I am very impressed with the level of professionalism that these people showed when they moved us. I foster cats so I expressed that I need extra attention paid to the cats' cages. The movers even helped with moving some of the cages and they didn't have to. My husband spoke to their sales rep on the phone and she was kind as well. This wasn't a long-distance move, but it was still a lot of work. I'm glad I chose Dynamic movers to move us.
