They were the cheapest movers I could find and I now know why. They were supposed to be at the pickup location at 10am, as of 2pm they have yet to show up. Yelled at and wouldn't Wear Masks

Movers showed up and walked into the house without masks. One guy argued and then said he didn't have one. We went to give him a clean mask and he said it was dirty and he didn't wanna get sick. Yet he walked into our home without a mask. I told them they either wear masks or they need to leave. At that point, the 3rd guy walks in without his mask on and the other guy is still not wanting to put a mask on. The 2nd guy put on his mask with no issue. I told them again if they don't wear a mask, then they need to get out of the house and we won't be using them. The other guy told the guy who was arguing to get out. Then the guy who was arguing said he had a mask he could put on in the truck. So he puts it on and starts doing stuff with his nose out. I had to tell him to cover his nose. I told them multiple times to cover their noses. The 2nd guy did fine and wore the mask the entire time. The 2 other guys kept putting their masks on their chins. During this time, we sent messages via live chat to the company and no one responded but we did get a call. Jose said there wasn't a mandate in Seminole County for masks (there is), said we never ordered the mattress cover (we did), and said we should've made it clear they needed to wear masks (we did). We had ordered a king mattress cover and they didn't bring one. They told us they would wrap it in the cling wrap. We were downstairs when they started bringing the mattress down. They then told us they'd wrap it in the truck. They dragged the mattress on the floor where they had been walking and then never wrapped the mattress. We found out when they were unloading that it was never wrapped. We keep a mattress protector on that mattress due to allergies so it's basically new. Now it's been dragged on the floor, possibly exposed to covid, sat in the dirty truck, and had dirty blankets on it which I'm sure they didn't sanatize between jobs. At that point, we let them grab the few items that were wrapped and told them that was it. We didn't feel safe from covid, they argued, we felt like they were being rough with our stuff and worried they would break something. I didn't want anything else to possibly be exposed. Upon them finishing unloading and us needing to pay, we requested a cleaning of the mattress and expressed how unacceptable it was that they were not using protections. Jose screames at us about how masks don't prevent or protect anyone from getting covid and how we need to not believe the fake media. He refused to assist or compensate. We told him his guys were still within a few feet and not wearing masks. The guy just didn't care and wanted payment. I cannot believe that someone would take such little regard for others' health. The movers were very meticulous and thorough with our move. We had very narrow stairwells in our new home making it a little more difficult for them to maneuver,but they came through,no hiccups. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I booked Dynamic through Thumbtack, received a confirmation, and called to confirm the day before my move. They then informed me that their calendar doesn't sync with Thumbtack and therefore didn’t have my reservation. Having no other choice less than 24hrs before my move, I continued to book only to be quoted a higher price than the original Thumbtack quote and surprised with a $50 truck fee not originally mentioned. So the “no mileage/no hidden fees” promise in their quote is false advertising. I could’ve booked and gassed my own uHaul for $40. On the day of the move, the guys were sweet and strong but not very efficient. 3 guys showed instead of my quoted 2 but even so a 2.5hr job quickly turned into 3hrs with an additional “long hallway” fee tacked onto my price after the fact. Shockingly, I have no control over the location of the freight elevator in my building. I agree - charge me for more time to walk the halls but not a “walk” fee on top of that. I called off the job at 3hrs with 2/3 of my belongings laying in the hallway outside the elevator. Not only is my couch scuffed, my mattress ripped, and pieces missing from a bookshelf, I couldn’t be more displeased paying almost $300 to have moved that much of my furniture myself. As someone who moves twice a year this is not new territory for me. I will NEVER book this company again nor recommend them to anyone I know. The movers were good guys but not efficient and management is downright shiesty. Be prepared to pay way more than your original quote for half a job. Read more

Couldn't be more pleased

We needed a moving company on short notice. Dynamic stepped up to the plate, and hit a home run! From the accurite quote, friendly first-person on the phone, and willingness to work with our tight schedule, we were optimistic. Terrell and Jerry arrived early, after their courtesy call to ask if it was alright if they arrived before our scheduled time. The stellar customer service started right away. They shook our hands, learned our names, and got to work immediately. We needed the truck loaded a particular way, so that unloading into the storage unit would prepare us for a second move in two weeks, and Terrell designed it perfectly. They were fast, efficient, super friendly, and worked as hard as anyone I've ever seen. We all made it across town to the storage unit, where another crew met us to help unload. Keith and his crew, along with Terrell and his crew, unloaded the entire truck in less than half an hour. They made use of every inch of the unit, neatly and carefully placing all of our belongings as if putting together a prized puzzle. None of my belongings were damaged, everything was handled carefully, and most importantly, they placed our things in the storage as we asked them to, so that we can remove just what we need in two weeks, and leave the rest. I could not be any more happy with their service. Customer service was the most stellar I've come across in quite a while. Learning my name, making eye contact, caring about my breakable belongings, having fun in the midst of thousand degree heat in mid summer, smiling the entire time.
