Flexible and professional service

I was very very satisfied with them. They were professional and they were flexible. Their pricing was good and I would recommend them. I did the packing and unpacking, they just moved the large furniture, but they wrapped it really, really well. They made sure everything was wrapped.

Exceeded my expectations

They were great. I appreciated all of the care they took in moving my things. Pricing was reasonable. I received all the services that I requested and more. I would like to recommend them to my friends and family. Packing was done to my satisfaction.

Horrible experience

Anthony was very confrontive with me and said that I did not give him the address that they needed to come to. I told him that I did and he argued with me. That should have been a sign right there not to use the services but we were kind of in dire straits. So he assured me that he would be at the house between 12-00 and 12-30. That time came. They didn't show up. They were like an hour late but still he continued to argue with me about me not giving him the address. I kept trying to tell him that issue is not important. What is important right now is they come. The way they handled our furniture was like it was they were bouncing balls. I saw the movers pick up a filing cabinet that had files in it, turned it upside down and that is how they left it upstairs in the storage - upside down. They scratched up our furniture. They ruined... They broke - we have one of those air force system beds and they broke one of the pump lines and have not replaced it. They didn't do a room check and they left furniture. We had to get back and get somebody else move the furniture. There was a chest full that were full of Elvis memorabilia. I watched them turn it upside down, sideways, every which way. They just took our furniture and just stuffed into the moving van. It was horrible. It really was. The guys were very personable but they were just terrible in handling our furniture.

Excellent service

They were on-time, although I underestimated the amount of furniture, they were able to accommodate me. The prices were reasonable. They were excellent. They were actually very good.

All-around my move went well

Everything went good. They were on-time on what time they said there will be gonna be there, they wrapped up everything that needed to be wrapped up and didn't tear up anything.The prices were reasonable. Packing was done up to my satisfaction. I received all the services I requested.

Good customer service

My experience was very good. We had some unusual circumstances that we adapted to very well. Specifically we had a very steep driveway where they needed to work with at the destination, but they handled okay. The prices were reasonable. I mean nothing significant, I mean it is a little bit, minor stuff, nothing significant.

I faced no problems during my move

My move was good, no problem. They said flat rate of three men and time frame and went well. The prices were good. The staff and crew members were very professional. Yes, they were on-time and friendly. Yes, packing was done up to satisfaction. No advice for them, it was good. If I want to give them 1 out of 10, I would give them 10.

Anthony and his team were professional, courteous and efficient in their work. He explained everything to me and he and his team of two worked dilligently to make my move a good one. Not up to my expectations

I had a few issues but I guess its okay. I would say it was a bad experience. They weren't able to move all my items which beforehand they said that they would be able to. I have had a deposit that was supposed to go for the final bill and it did not. I feel I was overcharged. I was paid for three hours and it only took two hours and ten minutes. I wasn't told before that I will have to pay for the extra hour. Although it didn't take an hour and when they put everything in storage, it just was thrown in there where my husband and I have to go in there and actually pack stuff in there correctly. I don't recall what the estimate was. Like I said by the hour with a minimum.of two hours, I think it was. I don't remember. I paid whatever I was supposed to pay. I feel like it was like an extra hour that I paid for that I shouldn't have. The behavior of staff was fine. They were late. I had basically shrink wrapped everything prior. Well the majority of it prior to them coming.

My move with this company was wonderful. They were prompt; they were thorough, and they were careful with my stuff. The pricing was wonderful, as was the way that they packed my items. There was no damage to my items. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody.

They offered an effortless moving ...

I would like to praise this company, who made my move an efficient one. The crew was very prompt and they showed up on time. They were professional and they have a very reasonable pricing policy. I don’t have any complaints about them and all my stuff was delivered with no breaks.

Wouldn't recommend them to anybody

They damaged a lot of my dishes. They didn't get all my stuff out of my house. They didn't get the barbecue grill or my TV on their 26-foot truck.

The move was excellent. I liked them for their timeliness. I also liked that they were fast. They put everything where they were supposed to. Everything that they did was just the way it should be. They did an excellent job.

Extraordinary customer service

I am running out of words to praise them. The movers simply did the most incredible job for us. They came on time, completed the move before the designated time, and they were reasonable with their price. This move went exactly how I hoped it would, and it was all thanks to the helpful movers. I know that it was not an easy move at all, but they made it look so easy.

No complaints about this moving company

I was pleased with every aspect of my recent move, from the start to the finish. Although my things were already packed and they only had to move them from the storage facility to my home, they still managed to handle all of my belongings with care and their professionalism made for a great, stress-free moving experience.

I have no complaints with this moving company whatsoever. They are a very good moving company and they were able to do everything that was needed to be done in a timely manner. Nothing was broken or stolen and nothing went missing. Everything was delivered to my house on time and I'm happy with their service.
