Horrible experiences

Had them pack our uhaul and they didn't even get half of the things in. When they were "done" the uhaul was a complete mess and all our furniture was thrown in like it was trash. Our antique furniture was thrown in like it was nothing. We spent a day rearranging the mess they made. To only get the rest of our things in. They made us late getting to our new hometown and had to eat the cost of thw airbnb we already reserved. The owner hasn't even stayed true to his word and refund us. This is a horrible company and if you want your items and belongings valued and your time, I'd strongly suggest you choose a different company.

The company is a FRAUD!!

They will promise you everytihng and then deliver nothing

I have moved many times in the past. The last company that moved me did not pick up in Florida or I may have used them again. I decided to use Global Moving Systems based upon 3 factors. The first was that they did not require a deposit. This told me that they were financially stable. The second was their profile on the Department of Transportation. The third was my representative and the service that she provided. My estimate was accurate and she did base my price on the amount of cubic feet that I had and not weight. I know this to be extremely important based upon previous moves.My estimate was finalized before the movers loaded me on the truck-not when they went through those weigh stations on the side of the road. I had an estimate almost double on me when I signed up with a company by weight. I opted for the full pack. All of my items were packed professionally, the mattresses special covered and the boxes color coded. My items were secured by straps and ties that kept my furniture and my boxes from being impacted by larger items. This was a long move. That was important. I would highly recommend these guys as a professional mover. I received excellent service without the high cost of franchise fees charged by the national companies. They are family owned and were accessible any time I had questions or concerns. My items arrived in excellent condition and my delivery was on time. Great job!
