Jim Harp is terrible. The movers were hired off the street and did damages to our home! They took out the drywall on a wall and dented our door it needs to be replaced. He then had one of the workers fix the drywall (not a professional) and we did not receive our deposit back for those damages. He then told us someone would be by to fix the door and no one ever came. I would call him and he would hang up on me. He never once got out of his office to come look at damages. Thank goodness none of our belongings were damaged because he would have done nothing. I do not think he is even insured. BEWARE!!
