THE WORST OF THE WORST, DON'T HIRE Four international moves in my life and this company is the worst of the worst. First they give a quote for $8,000 and before leaving the port they inform us that it is not $8,000, it is $19,000. On the day of collecting the belongings at home, a real disaster, they arrived with a rental truck, without company documents, the box control documents each have a different format, the boxes without labels with the identification of the shipment, just a small label with a number. had subcontracted to another company that didn't even have their own trucks, they put everything into the truck under pressure. We already knew from that moment that things were bound to go wrong, if they did. When receiving the belongings at the new destination, the container arrived poorly closed, and it had to travel from the US to France, so the belongings arrived wet. When I opened the container, things were missing, empty boxes came, and others were broken or crushed. The torn clothes. And on top of that, after having contracted the highest insurance that covered 100% of the damages, they only want to pay us $150. MY PERSONAL RELOCATIONS

Hi John, Sorry for the delayed response. We have been very pleased with International Movers Network for our two moves - from Washington to Paris and back to Washington. The packing and unpacking crews on both ends were exceptional - we were impressed that we were provided with an English-speaking crew for our packing out from Paris. They were very considerate, and the crews in Washington were very efficient. On the other hand, the crew in Paris took two days to pack out our stuff, which seemed unnecessary even though I know it was timed to coordinate with the container. Communication with your office was also very good - we had a good sense of where our container was at any given moment and the container arrived within a reasonable time at both destinations.
