I was looking for the right movers who can relocate our belongings safely for a cross country move. We were extremely worried about who to trust with our belongings. I started finding some good reviews online, shortlisted five companies and called all of them. Moving Relo won the contest at last because of their polite behavior, prompt response and economical rate. Later when they came to work, we realized how professional they are. They provided a faultless performance, followed instructions perfectly and the pickup and delivery schedules were maintained. They were really commendable.

Fast and easy move

My son had just graduated from high school and it was a very big hassle planning his trip to an out of state university. Luckily, a friend of mine told me about Moving Relo. This company made our lives a whole lot easier and they were fairly cheaper than plenty of other moving companies. If we have to make a move again we would definitely use them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is planning on travelling. They make moving fast and easy!

Such a great moving team

I've moved a little more than I have cared to in less than six years. That being said, I have encountered my share of logistics companies. In the past I have had priceless items broken, furniture broken, been lied to about when they would show up, and have them continually delay bringing my things to my new home. I am happy to say that with Moving Relo, that was not the case at all. They were extremely helpful in pack up and so careful with my breakables and valuables. They arrived on time during pickup and when they brought my belongings. They were fast, courteous, and beyond helpful. A really smooth move

Moving Relo made sure my belongings traveled in first class all the way our new place. When I called them for a quote, the woman on the phone seemed informed and friendly. She called me back soon with a quote that was more than fair. The movers arrived very much on time and they wasted no time while they were on the clock. All my belongings were safely packed inside boxes. Then along with the furniture, the boxes were systematically carried outside to the van. It was a very successful delivery as nothing got broken or damaged. It really was a very smooth relocation.

They move anything anywhere

I was moving from one place in the middle of nowhere to another house in the middle of nowhere. The only company who decided to lend me a hand with the move was Moving relo. I would have been happy just with that. But these guys made sure my move was perfect. They delivered all my belongings safely to my new ranch. They arrived right on time and they meant just business. They easily packed up everything very quickly. The delivery was made on time and I was delighted realizing that nothing was lost or broken. Long Distance Move

We chose AVL to move my home and my mother's home from CA to WA. Within a few days of signing the contract they said that they were unable to do the move and would need to have a third party (Moving Relo) take over the move. We were told someone would call us to confirm the number of boxes and go over the details and no one ever called us. We eventually found an email from them in our junk emails days later. We were given a 8-9 am window then they called and said 9-10 am and finally showed up around 10:30 am. They arrived with an 18 wheeler and a smaller truck. They proceeded to remove other people's belongings and leave them on my front yard for the entire day,while they packed my stuff in the truck. We had a 3 day window of moving and for the arrival. Since they came on the last day for loading the truck,we assumed the window of arrival would be toward the end of the delivery window (we needed to drive the 1100 miles to meet them). But,with our surprise they said they were going to delivery the items the next day. Which for us was impossible unless we drove without stopping the 16+ hours. Since we couldn't make it,they charged us an additional $700. The day of delivery they were late,we tried calling the office and asked for someone to call us back right away,and no one called until days later. We had 9 people packing and loading us and on the day of delivery there were only the 2 drivers to unload. They loaded the storage units very unprofessionally with a lot of open space and toward the end asked if we could get another storage unit because they were running out of space. Dropping glass/fragile boxes from waist high. Putting large heavy kitchen boxes on glass/fragile boxes. I said something and the driver got mad and said that we talked too much. Also threatened to leave the remaining boxes/furniture on the driveway. To top it off,the last 10-15 boxes were completely soaked from an apparent leak in the truck. They also broke the storage unit light and we noticed multiply broken pieces of furniture. We will be unpacking within the next week,who knows what else is broken. Very disappointed with American Van Lines and Moving Relo would never recommend them to anyone.

We fell in love with Moving Relo once we found out they had a month of free climate controlled storage. We had a gap in time between moving out and moving in. We called them when we were able to take the delivery and it was sent out instantly. In comparison to other estimates we got they were by far the least expensive and offered the most amount of space for our money. They are honest and never misled us. Great job guys and I will be referring you.

You won’t find any better

I had built quite a collection of furniture and antics. I was quite concerned for how they were going to travel all the way to the other side of the country. I hired Moving Relo to safeguard the journey of my valuables. They really brought it! The movers arrived early for a change. They inspected everything, took inventory and got to work. They carefully and painstakingly wrapped everything bubble wraps and loaded their vans. It was an impressive display of efficiency, skill and experience. Very hard working crew

When the men from Moving Relo arrived right on the scheduled time of 7:40 am, my building manager notified me that the freight elevator was out of service. I lived in an 8th floor apartment and I couldn’t fathom how the movers were going to move such big pieces of furniture. But the men just smiled and got on with it. They used the regular elevators for all the light stuff. For the big pieces, like couch or wardrobes, they just winged it through the stairs. They didn’t even demand healthy tips for that inhuman job. Everything was safely delivered on the scheduled time and I can’t stop singing praises for these hardworking and professional men. All I wish is that I could have known Moving Relo earlier enough. I could not have any issues relocating. No nasty relocation experiences I have had in the past could have been part of my memories. Best movers I have seen

I wasn’t quite sold on hiring Moving Relo but my brother insisted me. I had another company quoting much lower but ended up hiring this one. They arrived 20 minutes early to my apartment. The four men seemed very capable and they were so fast. They packed up everything neatly and within a very short time. I couldn’t believe they took such short time. They made the delivery right on the scheduled date and everything was in perfect condition. The real credit goes to the four movers who were just amazing.

Full marks for the services

I expected results - average result. Having seen the favorable quotes, I did not expect anything beyond the normal moving. During the moving, therefore, I was keen enough to take note of slight mistake. It was fruitless. These crewmembers were keen with their work. They did a great job, they arrived on time. Handled my furniture very carefully and put them in the desired rooms. Also the movers were very friendly and professional. The pricing was quite fair better the other companies that I looked up online. I called after hours to make appointment and reached the answering machine, but I promptly received a response from the company within the early hours of the next day. They came prepared with the proper tools for disassembly of my bed rails and desk. Plus it only took one trip to move me. I can’t complain about the movers at all. First of all, I was moving all the way across USA. The distance itself was scary enough. On top of that, we are a big family. You can only imagine the amount of furniture and other belongings I own. Moving companies will talk themselves up without having much to show for it. They make promises without intending to keep them. I have had some terrible experiences with some moving companies. So, I was elated when Moving Relo did exactly what they promised during my move two months back.
