Bad experience

Our move included interim storage. Furniture was supposed to be wrapped and stored in containers at origin, containers placed in storage, then transported to destination and unpacked. Items were partially wrapped at best (antiques) and stuffed into trailer rather than container. Later packed into containers in storage containers, suffering terrible scratches and digs. Sales manager sent me a unbelievably disgusting email in response to email questions of mine. I have used movers for eight medium and long haul moves, but never had a mover as bad and uncaring as Murphy.
