These movers went above and beyond. They really exceeded my expectations. I had a long distance move from CT to AZ and I had an excellent move, I mean it went so smoothly. I dealt with Tom and two other workers and I can only compliment them. They came promptly, worked very hard and did an amazing job. My things were all intact. When I phoned the office, I got an accurate quote and when they finished their job I paid exactly the quote I was told at the beginning. There were no hidden costs or fess. Very professional and efficient guys! I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

They are worth every penny

I had a long distance move, so smooth and relaxed from Delaware to Illinois. These people are great. They showed up on time and started to load everything very carefully. I had many pieces of heavy furniture so I thought that it was going to be a problem for them. But I hired professionals. They never complained. They brought large boxes, tape, blankets. I had lots of furniture but nothing got damaged. The price was really good and I made an excellent choice using North East Movers. They are such a serious company; after the work was done, their sales man at North East Movers contacted me to check if everything was good and if I was 100% satisfied as a customer. That also verifies their professionalism. I do not think moving would be that smooth and relaxed if they did not do it. Thank you guys for doing this job so good. I'm always skeptical of movers. Everyone's heard those horror stories about careless contractors scuffing up a valuable piece of furniture, or accidentally breaking a cherished family heirloom. When I move, I do as much work as I can to verify that the company is considerate and well-liked. In the case of North East Movers, I made a great decision. First of all, the prices are EXCELLENT. Much, much cheaper than what you'd expect trying to move around. When I called for a quote my jaw hit the floor. Sometimes the cheaper option is also the worse one quality-wise. With North East Movers, not so! After arranging the move, the movers showed up on time and worked efficiently. They were extremely nice and very respectful of the furniture. I moved out of a small New York apartment into a one-story house in the Virginia, and everything went so much smoother than I was expecting. All in all, I would say North East Movers gave me the absolute best moving experience I've ever had. I hope I never have to go through the hassle of moving again, but if I do, I know who I'll be calling.

Perfection at its best

I was so skeptical about my moving after hearing horror stories from my friends. After researching online I decided to pick North East Movers for my cross country move. Their sales representative gave me an estimate based on the items I had provided her and made sure to give me all the information. We needed to keep our furniture in storage for 2 weeks before we could get them in our new place in Kansas. They didn't make me feel like this is my first time moving. The guys were polite and nice, the move went very smoothly. When we were ready for delivery, the dispatcher kept in touch with us regarding the delivery window. No problems on delivery day, fast and damage free even though we were on the second floor. We tipped the guys for their hard work! Thumbs up!

Mighty Movers

These guys are really impressive. I had to do a long distance move from Connecticut to New York. I spoke to a few different moving companies, and North East Movers gave me the most competitive quote. They were very in-depth with the whole process. On moving day, they arrived a few minutes early, and started to get a move on! As soon as they began, they do not mess around. To add on top of that, not only were they fast, you can tell they were experienced enough to know how to protect your things. They packed up all of my stuff really securely and no damage whatsoever, once it was all said and done. I think the moment where they really shined was when the movers were kind enough to dismantle my bed frame. It's a fairly simple piece of furniture but it's still an IKEA piece of furniture. The movers themselves were super helpful and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them if you were looking for movers.

I am quite satisfied with the company as they were both extremely careful with covering my floor by putting down matts and were very fast with the move. They did everything just perfectly as they organized all my furniture in the new house and put my personal belongings were I wanted them to be. Overall, I am very pleased with this company!

They were helpful, one of their guys came out the same day and gave me a quote, he was professional and the price that he gave me was less then my other quotes. On the moving date the guys came on time, took apart all the necessary furniture and carefully transported it to the new location. From the beginning to start everything was professional, I moving my storage unit in couple of weeks and I will be using them again

Mother-in-law's move

We were faced with the daunting task of cleaning out my mother-in-law's rather large condo when she moved to a retirement home. Plus we were faced with a tight timeline. House Move

We needed a particular date for our move and they were able to fit us into their schedule which we greatly appreciated. On the day of our move, they called to let me know they would be a few minutes late and three men arrived soon after, well within the original timeframe we'd agreed upon. The movers were professional and clever. While unloading they were in constant contact about each item to make sure everything was placed where we needed it to be.

Relocating New House

I handled most of my own move, but needed some big furniture and appliances moved. This company provided boxes and packing wrap, not to mention the movers themselves were very careful and friendly.

Movers came late to the job and although they did a good job loading, unloading coukd have gone alot faster had they used the dollies they had with them. Overall our move was smooth but maybe could have been a bit faster.

They packed everything very well and tight, so they would be safe for a long distance move. Everyone who I talked with were outstanding in regards to professionalism. My delivery was done later than I expected but I can understand that due to traffic and weather.

To vegas or bust

Your staff were courteous and friendly. They appeared to be careful in the packing and moving process and our furniture arrived in good condition. The one chair and picture that were damaged were quickly repaired. We thought that the cost was competitive and reasonable.
