Worst Company I’ve ever dealt with
They have multiple names & numbers, and addresses that they use online and w/different platforms, with several addresses to include Fountain Valley, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Irvine and Oregon. Websites with different names to include promoversoc.com, 1-pro-movers.com, Facebook username orange county movers, displaying 5 star reviews on their websites, yet unable to locate on google or yelp under these business names, the links they offer for these reviews don’t work. Their numerous names include, Pro Movers - Costa Mesa Movers - Pro Movers OC - 1 Pro Movers - Pro Movers Inc. Phone numbers 949-396-1039, 714-331-6556, I hired these guys to move a 2 bedroom 1000 sq ft townhouse, mind you, 1 bedroom had a desk, no bedroom furniture and some boxes in it. I had no appliances to move. They basically moved a 1 bedroom townhouse. They didn’t have wardrobe boxes, and they ran out of room in the truck! When scheduling I told them it was a 2 bedroom townhouse, they were unaware that I wasn’t moving appliances, or that the 2nd bedroom had 1 piece of furniture (small desk) in it. Afterwards I had to go back to the townhouse a minimum of 15x and hire more movers to finish, because they couldn’t move my 1 car garage (that I park in, so there wasn’t a lot to take), my backyard (bbq & chairs), or any of my clothing. In the end they charged me over $1k inc tip, saying they had to charge me overtime?? They literally bitched when I didn’t give them enough tip, I gave them more after they promised they would be back within the week to get the rest of my stuff, never hearing back from them or responding to texts or phone calls again. I moved from Huntington Beach to Irvine, basically a 1 bedroom townhouse, w/approx 25 to 30 boxes, only 1 bed, a desk, living room, and a dining room table. There were some things that were not ready that had to be packed, that doesn’t change the fact it didn’t take an extra four hours, make them run out of room in the truck, not have wardrobes, or compensate for the fact they didn’t have to move any appliances, or a second bedroom, patio or garage. How do you forget wardrobe boxes and run out of room on a moving truck when you’re told it’s a 2 bedroom house, ‘and’ you’ve only moved one bedroom, no appliances, backyard or the garage?
