Auto Transport

I hired Sharp Auto Transport on a recomendation from a friend. I found this company, especially Kevin Smith, to be outstanding to work with. I was most impressed with the effeciency and promptness of the delivery, communications and the friendly manner in which this whole arrangement was conducted. I have had two vehicles transported in the past with othe companies. Those moves went well, however I would continue solely with Sharp Transport for future needs .

They were late at both the ends of ...

It was pretty good. He was very late in picking it up the stuff and very late in dropping it off. I know that have lot of issues trying to stay as we are moving from Rochester, Minnesota to Bradenton, Florida. I know that it can be difficult. I am little bit unhappy with late time when he took hours and hours later than the scheduled time. Again, he explained about himself, and I accepted that. I guess I am little bit disappointed at time frames and I am also not driving the transport and also worked to stay on time. They have good price, and I am satisfied with them price. He got the cars down I guess it was the best thing to say, and one of the cars had hydraulical fluid all over the side of the body, and that didn't make me happy either. I honestly would say probably I would not use them again because I think the scheduling can be a lot better. It was brand new 2013 car and had hydraulical fluid on the side of the body of the car, and they didn't pay for it or get it cleaned up. So we unloaded it 9'o clock in night, and it was that car and he didn't offer to inspect the cars. Well, when next morning we found the cars, one of the tyre's straps must have slipped. And I contracted transport company actually as there was damage for the wheels, and they have been specially been called at the time of inspection. From 9'o clock until morning 6'o clock it rained in Florida, and we didn't have offered to inspect themselves. He got us, cars and I guess it was the biggest part I was happy about, and I wouldn't use them again.

Good communication and prompt service

They kept an open line of communication with the customer which was very helpful and reassuring. They were quick in communicating and getting back to me. They were right on time with everything they said they were gonna do. The pricing was decent. It was may be a little high compared to other places but I felt it was worth it because the sales rep was doing such a good job.
