They were on time and did a good job.

They got there right on time and they did everything they were supposed to do. They got it moved into my new apartment so everything went well.

They broke two pieces of furniture but ...

The movers were fine but breaking my furniture wasn't. Now I have to file a claim. When I called them that day, she knew about the claim. When I called her again, she didn't know about it. So, I have no idea what the problem is.

Overall I had a good experience.

Overall it was pretty good. The person that we dealt with on the phone was very nice and very responsive. The movers were on time, they did everything that was asked. The only issue that we had was when they were moving the refrigerator they did something to the pipe and so there was a big leak. ...So that was a little bit of a set back, but other than that everything went well.

Fantastic job!

They did a fantastic job, the only thing was they came back and changed the price. The price they gave before was a little bit different..after the trip...it was another $106. But they did a good job.

Everything turned out OK.

They weren't bad, but something was left on the truck that still hasn't been returned. The crew was fine, but it was my fault not telling them what entrance to use... there are two gates at the community I was moving to, so I didn't know when they arrived. Everything turned out OK though.
