Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!

This was a 2.5 hour move. I was promised that the movers would be at the house first thing in the AM and move us in THAT DAY. I was also told my rep would be available if there were any issues. None of this was true. I was ghosted by the rep when issues began arising. I was treated HORRIBLY by the individual I spoke to on the other line. Additionally, the actual price was more than twice what the quote was. Additionally, the moving team significantly scratched the hardwood floor upon the move.

Exceeded my expectations

I am so relieved with the service of Trans United Van lines that I just wanted to take the moment to thank the staff especially Anthony who coordinated my move and the auto transport. The crews were professional and they made a huge task look easy it was money well spent. No headaches, no suprises, no damages. A picture perfect move well done Trans United Van lines keep up the good work.
