Would give them less than the one star I had to give them. They should consider it a gift. Choosing them was a complete disaster and we have never encountered such an unprofessional move in my life among 8 different times. Originally estimated our household belongings at 22K #'s but ended up the real weight was 37K #'s. Fortunately we had a guarenteed price. Three times during the move we were told they needed an additional truck because of the inaccurate estimate. This fiasco caused us to delay our move 1 full day and put our closing of the sale of our home in jeapordy, not to speak of the unnecessary dis-respectful man-handling of our things. Our goods came in 2 seperate trucks with 2 different delivery days and total dsiorder to our efforts to better organize the off loading with clearly marked "last on, first off" boxes. After 30 days we are still missing essential items and probably won't recover them for months if they're really among the many boxes. Absolutely no communication from the "co-ordinator" or our agent. Repeated calls and questions are not even responded to and no follow-up after many attemps to resolve. I even received a call from the co-ordinator to give them 5 stars for the ensuing survey so they can dupe more customers! You would be better to move yourself than use these clowns. Read more
