Bad Deal

I used this company a couple years ago for a local move. The owner came to my home and noted the number of boxes I had and the amount of furniture. He recommended the size truck I needed and I contracted with the company. The 3 men showed up on moving day with a truck that was much too small, claiming the larger one I was promised was not available. Then they literally walked around my house for a full 90 mins. asking about my art work, etc. whike 1 guy disassempled the beds by himself. When I complained about the wasted time, one of then started liading boxes 1 box at a time. The other team leader becane irate. I called the owner to tell him what was going on and to ask why they did not use a hand trunk instead of walking one box at a time. He seemed unconcerned but did speak with the team leader THEN they started working 2 hours after they were on the clock. Because of the truck size they had to maje two trips, costing much more than I was quoted and taking nearly twice as long. Never again Read more
