Organized and efficient service
It was very good. The person that was in charge of their team was very thorough. I kind of got a walk-through in the beginning as to what needed to be done, what they were going to do, their expectations from me and what I could expect from them. Or if I had anything that I needed them to do that hadn't already been discussed. They were very professional, very friendly. The price was reasonable. I did receive all the services that I requested. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Packing was done to my satisfaction.

COMPLAINT! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ...
have been through many moves in my life that I thought were tough, but in the grand scheme of things, were not that bad. I looked up w/Moving America of Tampa on the BBB and made my decision that way. On Aug 2, 2013 Moving America of Tampa moved me locally. The only words I can use to describe my move was horrible and unreal. Not only did the movers show up to my home with other peoples items in the truck, but they proceeded to carry out my boxes out one at a time. Stress-free move with excellent ...
I am writing in order to show appreciation for the services of this company who have helped me move to Pinecraft, Florida. The movers who delivered my stuff were very polite and good with my furniture. They were accommodating and gracious. They treated everything very well. My only concern was that I requested them to bring the boxes, but they didn't bring the boxes. Anyhow, they did an excellent job during the move.

Moving America of Tampa did a great ...
We hired Moving America of Tampa to move us from our 3 bedroom house in Pompano beach florida to Tampa Florida. We did most of the packing and hired them to pack 32 boxes. No damages, nice movers and very professional. We recommended them to a friend for a local move from boca Raton but their other sister moving company in that area called Moving America of south Florida in pompano beach booked their move and im sure they will be happy as we are. Wouldn't call them again
They told me that they had experience in moving a vending machine with a lift truck. It turns out they didn't have a lift truck and I had to give them instructions to back the truck up as far as possible. We had to tip the machine and I as a customer got into the truck and pulled the machine in along with them. It was raining and I fell out of the truck and was lying in my driveway. They are very inexperienced and lied to me about moving the vending machine before. It wasn't a good experience.

Absolutely awful
I recently moved within Florida and I would say it was a very stressful experience with this moving company. They damaged my entire furniture set and they lied to me saying that they will be replacing all the damaged things. But they never showed up again. It was a terrible experience and I would never recommend them and I myself would not use them again.
