DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AT WINTER PARK LOCATION: We had a meeting scheduled with a Matt Logsdon (Relocation Manager) who was first of all late for the meeting. Upon arrival,Matt parked in our driveway and my wife asked him to park in the street because I was on my way home and I needed to park in the driveway. Matt moved his pickup truck and parked on the curve of our street and was told by a neighbor of ours and my wife not to park there because he was blocking traffic. Matt responded,"No thanks, you're F'ing rude!" My wife stated,"Sir, first off you were late." To which he yelled back "3 minutes!” He then drove off. I called this company to complain and it was blown off stating he was a manager and there was nothing they could do. I sent an email to Matt stating he would get 1 star reviews from me for how he behaved and he then emailed me and threatened to sue me if I did so. I will be reaching out to their corporate office next. This was all captured on my security cameras and was corroborated by my neighbors. UPDATE: The owner-manager of this company,Travis Taylor,sent me a letter stating to cease and desist after leaving my google review of their clearly unprofessional behavior and threatened to call law enforcement for “assault” “defamation” and again threatened to sue me FOR THEIR WRONGDOING! Horrible and unprofessional

The estimator showed up late and pulls into my driveway so I asked him to please park on the street because my husband was coming home. He then pulls and parks on the curve of the street blocking traffic so a neighbor rolls her window down asking me to have him move. When I asked him to please pull back and park where he isn't blocking traffic he yells at me "No thanks,you're F'ing rude!" I told him "Sir,first off you were late." To which he yelled back "3 minutes!!!!!" Not sure what was in his wheaties this morning but that was the most unprofessional encounter I have ever had with a company trying to earn my business. They then sent a cease and desist after I gave them a 1 star review. Apparently this is the norm for them and that they do whenever there is an unhappy Customer!!! Read more
