Please do not use National Express Inc. They are awful. They quoted me one price, then when they came out, they charged me a different price. They are never on time, they had me to wait all day, but never brought my things, and never called me to let me know there was an issue. Read more

Terrible Experience

The process was bad from start to finish with the only good part being the movers themselves who were professional and good. The management team is the worst I have ever worked with during seven relocations with different companies. They were supposed to pick up my goods on Friday and call me Thursday night to confirm a time. I never heard from them by 8:00 pm so I called them. I was told "the person before me had more than estimated so the truck is full, we will get you sometime next week". I was furious as I was never given a call and I had to move out of my house. After getting angry on the phone, I was told they would have someone to my house on Saturday at 3:00. As I got home from lunch with my family at 12:30, I saw the truck arrive (no call as advertised). The movers were great and professional and I cannot say enough good about them. Was told to pick a day to have my stuff, I chose a day three days away. On that day, I had yet to hear anything so I called. I was told by the "delivery manager it would by between Monday and the Wednesday of the next week, an entire week later. As that Wednesday came and went without hearing from them, I called on Thursday. I was told "Adam" would call me that evening to tell me a time. No call. I called Friday and left a message on Adam's voicemail to call me. Called the company who told me they would leave a message for Adam to call me. No call. No call Saturday or Sunday. I call Monday to the voicemail and company. Lady tells me Adam has received messages. On Monday at 2:00 I get a call from Adam telling me that the movers will be at my house that evening. Problem is that I am taking my family to the airport that evening. Call was supposed to be 24 hours prior. He states that the truck will be here between 9 and 11 on Wednesday. 11 passes and no truck. I call again. He states that they stopped in Alexandria, VA to do another job and that it was my fault as I did not take delivery the night before. Says the truck will be here at 9:30pm same day. 9:30 goes by, no truck. I get the driver's number and he says he has not heard from Adam and will be at my house at 8 am the next morning. Nice and friendly crew

The movers were really nice and they took care of all my stuff. They were very detailed and their pricing was probably better than most other companies. The crew was on-time and they were all really, really nice. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Read more
