Excellent Service- 5 Stars
I was referred to Piggy Back from a friend who used them earlier this year. My first contact was with Nikki- she provided me with a quote. My second contact was with Chrissy who called from dispatch to set up the pickup date. My next contact was with Dan and Bruce who were my pick up drivers. I had another contact with Chrissy to set up my delivery date - Then again with Dan and Bruce at my mothers house in NY. Everyone was OUTSTANDING. This is the first time I've moved- I was very nervous - Nikki held my hand through the whole process. Thank You, Nikki- you are wonderful at your job. Chrissy (who is the manager) was also very helpful and reassuring- Thank You Chrissy! Dan and Bruce were WONDERFUL! Two great outstanding guys who took excellent care of my belongings! I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends!! 5 Stars all the way around.
