They were absolutely wonderful

First of all they arrived on time, second they did not charge too much, then they treated everything well, they didn't throw things, I had another moving company that was awful so they were so nice to me and to my things. And they didn't go and disappear, they take calls on their cellphones and it prolongs the hours and you pay by the hours and this costs a lot. They did not do that this time. I talked to the lady, their secretary I said I had this company before and I dont want to see them on their cellphones. They were absolutely wonderful every minute they were here they worked.

It was a very positive experience

We had a short window where we had to move a one bedroom apartment into downtown Boston so logistically it was difficult to get out at certain time and get in at a certain time because they had a time slot for us to get in there and they did a fabulous job of complying with those time lines. They wrapped everything very carefully, there was some glass shelving they very skillfully wrapped and moved and overall it was just a very positive experience they did everything we asked them to do.

Why do people feel the need to take ...

I never understand why movers feel the need to steel. An antique broach didn't make it to west Roxbury alone with 5 (five) sets of state coins. Those are the thing that I know are missing. What else didn't make the move, I not sure!!! Very sad!!! Called the company and I was told that I should have moved those things myself! If I have to move things myself why hire a moving company?
