BEWARE!!!! GOOGLE reviews are not correct, this company (US RELOCATION EXPRESS) deserves to be sued and should be stopped from running!! They are SCAMMERS!! USE CUSS WORDS!! TRAUMATIZE YOU!! I am amazed this SCAMMING BUSINESS is still running (SCAMMERS: BEN (Owner), John, ANTONY, MERRIT). Please read reviews on Facebook, Yelp, movingfeedback and other portals and DO NOT IGNORE the BAD reviews they are TRUE!! I wish I had done the same before dealing with this nightmare! DELAYED DELIVERY, NEVER RESPOND AFTER THE PAYMENT IS MADE, HANG UP ON YOU, INCREASE PAYMENT AFTER SIGNING THE DOCUMENT. I have filed a complaint against these frauds on FTC (Federal Trade Commission) https://www.ftc.gov/ and would request everyone to do the same. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND PATIENCE AND RUN AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

DONT MOVE YOUR STAFF WITH THIS COMPANY ...

i was supposed move my staff with them from GA to VA, these people dont care where your staff is and also dont care what happens to you after they take you money. They said they were going to deliver my staff on thursday since they picked it up on Sunday but that did not happen they put it back in georgia after a month. they did not even move it. i am currently in law suite with this company. never ever never move your staff with this compnay

Hiden Fees BEWAR!

Us Express Relocation charged me extra fees on delivery and pick up of my items which were not previously discussed. On 6/10/19 I agreed to work with US Express relocation to facilitate my move from Nashville,TN to Lewisville,TX under job number A627395 for 1600. This 1600 included a stair fee and elevator fee which were discussed previously by John the sales manager that handled my order. On 6/19/19 my items were picked up from my residence by US Express Relocation. Upon entry to my home,I was told that I would be charged a $75 warehouse fee. The driver even said it was a hidden fee that could be found in the back of the contract. He pointed it out. On 7/2/19 my items were to be delivered to my new residence. The movers then told me that I have to pay $150 for an additional stair fee to the $75 that I already paid. I told them at booking that my apartment was on the 3rd floor with stairs and was advised to pay the $75 fee just in case. I obliged. Then I called the manager at US Express Relocations,John,and he told me that I get one stair flight free,I paid $75 for another and would have to pay $150 more because I'm on the third floor. I explained that he did not discuss this with me and that I would be reporting this practice to the BBB and he hung up in my face.

I am a happy customer

My mom and lived in another state. I got a new job with a handsome salary I told to my parents to move into my apartment. I hired US express relocation for their move. My mom was told me everything went perfectly. When their furniture arrived I noticed the movers were very friendly with my mom and dad and all the furniture arrived completely unscratched. I thank Moving of America for making my parents happy customers!

Perfect combination

I believe in perfection. I searched for so many moving companies for my relocating purpose. I needed to do this work within a short time with no fault. Finally I decided to hire US express relocation. They reached just before their schedule time. They started to work using their own combination and strategy. Packing and wrapping up was done very early. Nothing was broken and damaged. The movers were quite impressive. They just made my day. I can't wait share about my great relocation story among my friends and family.

Had a great move

The way the crew of US express relocation helped me during this move has turned me into a super fan. Movers arrived right on time, took an inventory and go to work. I would never know how it was humanly possible for these 5 men to finish the job so quickly! They had all the necessary packing belongings, cardboard boxes etc. I just wanted to say heartfelt thanks for all of your help for the moving.

Zero defects

I have a shop near my house. Almost ten employees work in my shop. Last week we moved our shop in a new location. I was totally puzzled how to relocate all the products as well as other things of my shop to the new location. Then I hired US express relocation for this job. Their employees were well trained. They wrapped every product nicely and relocated all the things to my new shop properly. Nothing was broken or misplaced. The crew was very experienced to deal with all these. I am very happy with their assistance.

Very efficient

Great company for cross country moves. Everyone at US express relocation is efficient and friendly. The foreman and the 3 guys who came to help me with my move were heroes! Man they packed, packed and packed! They were lifting heavy furniture like a small box! When I was watching them, all I could think was why I am not that strong! I need to work out LOL! Anyways, the move went very well and without a single problem. Thanks again guys for all the help.

They’re the right kind of help

I was trying to handle this move on my own with a hired van and some elbow grease. But it was just too much work. Quickly, I called up US express relocation, which was happy to help on such a short notice. Their quote seemed quite reasonable and they arrived right on schedule at my doorsteps. They were very skilled at wrapping and loading all my valuable belongings into their trucks. The workers really impressed me with their efficiency. I don’t think trying to move on my own could have ever been this easy!

I did some research and got a few quotes. I choose US express relocation because they were excellent without being pushy and worked with me on getting the move in budget which I did. The guys came on move day and got down to business. The delivery came as expected and all my stuffs were their safe and sound. Great job!

The men from US express relocation knew exactly what they were doing and did it quickly and efficiently. The rates were excellent value for money, especially considering how much work they did and they were never late. They moved and packed all our stuff with as much care as if those were their most treasured possessions. I have passed on their number to friends who were equally impressed and I can honestly say I would not consider using anyone else.

We had to move into our newly purchased house and there was a lot of excitement in pertinence to the move. We hired US express relocation for the task. After a quick telephonic conversation we agreed to a price and fixed the day of the pickup. The packers drove in on the agreed date and just about on time. They did call me before coming just to make sure we were ready, which was quiet professional on their part. On arrival they started to pack immediately and followed our instructions on certain requirements carefully. The move was completed quickly and the truck left almost immediately after packing. All our belongings arrived without any damage and the experience of moving with US express relocation turned out to be a great one.

Simply Amazing

These people were definitely great. At the beginning, I did not know which company to hire since there are so many. However, my sister used US Express Relocation 3 months ago. She was more than satisfied, so she recommended them to me. They were efficient and cheap. When I talked to Joe, the salesman at the company, I obtained all the information and a couple of days after. Raul came with two workers to move my things from my old home to my new one and I must say that my moving went smoothly. The most important thing for me was that my belongings did not get damaged or lost. Obviously, why should they be when I hired professionals! Amazing service, amazing price and amazing cooperation!

I moved from GA to VA with a lot of valuable items that were very important to me. I needed to find the perfect company that I could trust with these valuable belongings of mine. A friend of mine had mentioned to me about US Express Relocation, so I decided to give them a call. At the time when I called them I was not looking to book right away. But because US Express Relocation was such a great company and because I heard such astonishing things about them, I knew I'd be making a mistake if I didn't book with them right away. All of my items that meant a lot to me were taking great care of. Everything I had shipped to my new home arrived in great condition. Great movers!!

These guys were great and we will recommend them to anyone needing a good, solid, hardworking crew to move. We used this company a few days back and I wanted to post a review as they deserve it. They made our move as quick as possible but taking care of everything while placing each piece in the truck and covering them with lots of blankets. They knew how to do it easily and communicated with me along the way to make sure they got everything out of the house and into the new house right where we wanted. They were VERY polite and had a good sense of humor. Highly recommended!
