Bringing in the furniture was no problem, but going up the stairs and everything else they beat up my walls, scratched up my walls and dented my walls. Price was what they quoted, the delivery and pick up was alright, and on time. My only advice is they need better quality people.

I mean they were very helpful, we had lot of stuff. They did excellent work and packing, with the glassware. They were very kind people and they were very nice. They were very professional in their services. I was very happy with their quality of work.

They were okay.

They're okay. They had moved me before, but there was some damage to my furniture. The move was supposed to be in one day, and I kept telling them they needed two trucks. But they didn't, and so it took two days. And that really messed up my plans.

They did everything we asked of them.

I would never use them again. Never!

The guys that they had move me, must have been young guys with no experience. I have a claim in because they broke a valuable curio set and a punch bowl, a crystal clear glass punch bowl. They only had to move me across town, it wasn't like they moved me from state to state, they only moved me like six miles.

Dishonest and Unreliable

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I scheduled a move at least 2 weeks in advance. The salesperson at the main number sounded professional and reassuring, and the local office called immediately after my initial call to confirm my 8-9 a.m. appointment time. They called again a few days before the move to offer me a third mover at $10 more per hour, which I accepted. The morning of the move they didn't show up. I called and they said they had switched me to the afternoon from 12-3, but assured me they would be there, and would still send 3 people. At 3:00 - still a no-show. Called to complain and they said they were on their way. Nearly 2 hours later - still no movers. Called and spoke with the driver, who tried to convince us to reschedule for the next day (Easter Sunday) because they were tired and running out of time. We asked them to come and see if they could just take care of the larger items. They arrived around 5 p.m. with just 2 people, and asked us to sign a contract - they had crossed off a note that said they'd offered us 3 people, and listed the same rate for just 2 people plus a 7% gas surcharge that was never mentioned. We declined, ended up renting a U-Haul truck at 6 p.m., moved what we needed and could manage that night (in the dark, no less, because they strung us along all day). Horrible experience - drivers were nice enough, but manager or whoever it was answering at the local office number was useless, dishonest, and unconcerned - he stopped answering our calls after we complained at 3:00, and just communicated through the driver instead. Horrible customer service, horrible company.

Except for one glitch everything went ...

It was pretty good except one thing which is not being solved yet. They are pretty good at moving and everything was perfect, on-time. One of the staff members stepped on the electric range and broke the glass on top and it still is not solved yet. My advice to future customers is just to know whoever is stepping on the cooking range, just don't step on it. That is what it is. Just make them acknowledge that this is not an easy thing to fix. If you break it, you cannot cook on it and you cannot eat. You have to spend money outside.

Worst Company I Have Ever Worked With

I will never recommend this company nor will I ever use them again. They arrived at my home an hour late. They did not disconnect or reconnect any of the appliances that were moved. They did not bring the correct sized truck to move all of my belonging and threatened to drive away with my things if I didn't pay them, because I complained about them being slow and didn't want to pay for a 2nd trip. The crew was not professional nor was the way they loaded my belonging on the truck. This is not a profession company and you would do well to avoid them at all costs.
