I don't have any problems with their work ... what I have a big problem with is they give us a price, we told them about what we had, and they give us a price to deliver it to georgia from california and that price is now almost 1000 dollars higher, for me a 1000 dollars is a lot of money, and I knew nothing about any of these expenditures or increases in costs, until after they had already occurred.

There is one thing that didn't make me happy and that was the fact that they promised to deliver at a certain time and they were late by two days. That is the only concern. Otherwise, the packaging was very good. All the furniture arrived without any damages and the communication was good. To be honest, this is my first time. Overall a good move

They were good. I just moved in. The supervisor - he is very easy to work with. The price was a little bit more than I thought it was gonna be but it was pretty reasonable. No I didn't get all the services. I wanted the wardrobe boxes but other than that it was fine. Packing was fine. They were easy to work with. We had one crew member who was on the phone a whole lot but some one did a whole lot of work. One bad apple but overall it was good.

Lot of hidden costs

First they have quoted me on the phone that it is gonna be $600 to $700 and they never explained to me about the gas and all that stuff. I just thought all that was included. When I get the bill it was for $1500. I was upset over that. Then also when they had picked up my stuff from storage, like their battery had died for their truck. So I had to wait another hour from them to do something. Like I had to jump start their truck which was upsetting. When I got there I was like - can I pay by card or like. They were like we need to have physical card here and blah, blah........ I didn't felt like they were being helpful and they didn't tell me that it is a 10% charge for mileage and gas. They should quote it all before we do the moving. Coming in and sign all this paper work and not telling what I am really signing.

Quick services

They were professional, they were very clean and quick . The prices were little bit higher than I thought. One thing was missing, or I think it was missing, it is large large picture, it's not a big deal.

Except for the irksome driver ...

It took exactly three hours. The timing was good. The estimates and costs also are good. That is the minimum, three hours and I am happy with that. It could be longer than that. It could be less than three hours actually but it is okay. Pretty much everything is okay. What I don't like is the driver was actually trying to get more - he mentioned about the traffic condition. It takes faster if I could hire third person. It took two of them actually. I was worried do I need to hire another person, takes longer than it does. So I declined at that time. It turns out that there is no traffic on the highway and things like that. That is what I don't like about it. He is trying to bargin with me.

Very bad experience

They were not that good. They start with low price and they actually ended up added charges to the move, and I will never hire them again. Because they actually add on the cost along the way and way out my expectations at the time they have to let them unload and finish the thing. They just need to be upfront and not after. And and they charge tips on separate tag and they run two different transactions on mobile phone one for the company and the other one for their tips. They hold up the unload so I can't have no choice and these movers were professional enough to rip off the customer but they were not really good at service at all. These movers, I had a different company before and they bring everything upfront and they do the job and they ask for tips optional not mandatory like they did. They were good at everything on ripping off customers and that what I can say, these people professional in the areas, not professional on moving but to rip off the customers. They were very bad people and I never want to deal with them. I hired this people and they just gives lot of surprises and when they hold up unload and you cannot ask too much.

Best moving experience ever

It was good. They were very accommodating. The price was reasonable. The crew were excellent. Best movers I have ever encountered. Yes I did receive all the services that I have requested. Packing services was excellent. The only thing I would say is that when they initially picked up my stuff they didn't provide me with receipt when I gave them the down payment. So you just have to make sure that you use a money order or cheque because we need to have our own record. They don't provide those records.

I don't have any advice for their customer service. I would give them ten out of ten. They are very genuine, very kind, specific to your needs and organized. Yes I would recommend them.

They Suck Big Time

They nickeled and dimed me. I was charged on my credit card twice. I was billed for their slow and incompetent workers. My bed was not put back together correctly. They did not show up with tools to do the job. I felt like my move was on the clock. Never, never will hire this company again or give a reference.

Very professional and very good work

The experience was great and the guys were awesome. They were very courteous, They talk with my husband as in nice relationship, they came in, they packed everything to where it wouldn't break and they loaded the truck up. They were in and out, it was quick, it was easy and everything I appreciate in a moving company. Price was pretty comparable to other companies. My husband is the one who took over financial part of it and I am not really quite sure of how much it cost and so he was really happy with the price. The movers who came to my place were very professional and very good work.

An average move

It was good. They were an hour late. They came to my apartment on the prearranged time that they were supposed to be there. They did work relatively briskly and quickly. The biggest thing that I did not like about the whole service was that on the review paperwork, I should have taken more responsibility on reviewing the paperwork and not signing anything. They asked me to sign paperwork before they actually touched anything and that included packing materials - tapes, boxes all of that. They had me sign the sheet indicating that I agreed to what they already used, when they actually used nothing. I felt kind of taken advantage of. It wasn't very good in that respect. They generalized all the packing material to just $600 of flat rate for packing materials. I used maybe 10 or 15 boxes, a couple of crates for TVs. If I was paying for this job personally I would've been pretty much enraged for the price of packing materials because it was way too much. Thank God my company paid for it. With that being said, everything minus the actual paperwork was good but that being said I felt like they squeezed twice the amount of money that was actually used for the packing materials, just being completely upfront about that. The estimate I received was somewhere around $150 to $200 dollars and I actually overestimated the quote. They charged me a $600 flat-rate for packing materials which is just absolutely ludicrous for what was actually done. They used some tape and moving boxes, and I had a one-bedroom apartment. It's way too much. Only one of the crew spoke English and the rest spoke Spanish. Their demeanor seemed fine. The lead packer was courteous. He was friendly. I can't really knock him in that respect. From the quote perspective and cost of moving, there was definitely something wrong going on there. It was definitely not ethical to charge $600 for a one-bedroom apartment move when I had actually done a lot of packing myself.

They were very careful, especially in the handling of fragile items. Nothing has to be told to them - they would pack the things, judging by whether it would likely be damaged in transit or not. I have talked about them to my friends and family and would use them again if need be.
