AVOID AT ALL COST

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I hope no one has to endure how badly I was ripped off because of this company. Two weeks ago I hired them to help for a move within the same apartment complex in northern VA. I don't even know where to start with all the issues I have had with them but I will emphasize a few points. They broke my 60 inch LG TV and the mount and told me the insurance would cover it. Upon talking to the insurance company,it was revealed that they hardly even have a policy and that the policy they have doesn't even cover damages during moves. The insurance agent herself said "this is not the type of policy a business such as this should have" and she communicated that to the owner. Yet,I have not received any communication for any resolution and I paid them in full with cash upon completion of the move (because of an advertised 5% discount with cash). They even BLOCKED our phone number when we asked for compensation. As I mentioned before,there are so many stories I could share here about such an awful experience for a seemingly manageable job of moving 300 feet. Another experience I will share is that our coffee maker was taken by the delivery team. It turned up in "lost and found" after I pointed out the missing item. When they finally returned it to me more than a week later,it was opened up from the two box layer of packaging we had,and there was mysterious white powder in it. I had no choice but to toss that as well. You ABSOLUTELY need to avoid this company and please trust me when I say you should not trust them for any move or service when they couldn't even manage my short distance move without us having a terrible experience.
