Excellent Service

The movers arrived on time and were very professional throughout the move. They first went over the paperwork and explained everything to me. The movers were very careful with all of my belongings and they were very fast. They completed the move much earlier than I expected which was great for me. I used their packing service for my 4 bedroom home which was very affordable and save me the trouble. They wrapped all of my furniture in blankets and shrink wrap for protection. I have never been so please with a local moving company. These guys are great, I would highly recommend them.

They said 2700.00 it ended up costing ...

We had over 1500.00 in damages to our goods. Easy Moving Company out of Fort Worth / Dallas is the worst ever. Beginning with the crew. They had 1 grouchy old guy who seemed to resent being there. And two kids. We were not told that children would be moving our belongings! They rushed so fast that it was impossible to see how they stacked anything. But then they moved the fridge. Moved it out the wrong way and dropped it on a cement back patio! I have no idea where they stored our stuff but where ever it was, it was abused. My dresser was badly dented (dented!) at the top, other pieces completely broken and tons of nicks and scratches every where. Only one piece went unscathed. I sent photos and everything to make a claim. They charged us $2700.00 for an in-state move. The damage was estimated around $1700.00 And they offered us a whopping $150.00 even though the damage was obviously their responsibility. DO NOT HIRE EASY MOVERS IN DALLAS / FORT WORTH!!! By the way, the reason it cost more is that we had to replace the banged up furniture (could not be repaired) and broken pieces. Here's the list of messed up items: -tear in leather sectional -broken horseshoe lamp stand -broken dresser -broken bed frame -dented dresser top -scratched up dining set and chairs -messed up flat screen tv -broken smoker foot -scratched up half moon table -cracked door on antique serving stand -broken glassware in a box they crushed - legs busted off sewing table And the above doesn't count the small scratches and dings.

Ruined $7000 chair and refuse to repair

They ruined a $7000 massage chair (http://www.usjaclean.com/products/daiwa-relax-2-zero) and refuse to fix. I informed them prior to this move, and was assured by Rhonda that they could move this with no problem. No, it does not fully work, one speaker is loose, and is has scratches from where the movers forced it through the doors with no covering. They packed an open cup of water in the same box with my wife's book collection. How stupid can you be? The cup of water was one for drinking while we were moving, and they packed it. So, books were ruined because of this. To make them 'smarter' they packed a can of PAM without a lid (not sure how that happened) in the same box with pots, and this caused it to just spray the entire time. So, the box busted open and everything feel out. Very smart... They also ruined 2 matching $72/each lamps because of the design (http://www.target.com/p/threshold-arc-floor-lamp/-/A-14727399#prodSlot=_1_12). They did not even bother to screw the lamp or collapse it, so, now the lamps are worthless. So, I have tried to work with them to get this resolved, and the claims department offered me $25 for my troubles. I just now tried to chat with 'Jessica' who was real nice until I explained my issue with the chair, and then she ended the chat. Now, no one will chat with me, or return my call. I would advise anyone moving to not use this company at any cost. I would rather you use Craigslist to get a mover than this company?
