STAY AWAY! Do not waste your TIME and ...

Winston gave me a reasonable quote for shipping my car from WI to CA. I talked to Winston several times in the second week of Jan, and he convinced me that his driver can pick up my car on time. I wired my deposit of $200 and he said he will call me with an ETA. I was the one that called him back on Tuesday Jan 9th to find out the pick up time. Then he called me back around 11 AM and saying that his driver was in Janesville, WI (around 40 miles to my home) but he can not be there on time at noon and has delay. I called him three times around 1 PM but he did not responded me and I left some massages for him. He called me back around 2 PM and said that my car will be picked up between 3-5 PM. I decided to give my key to apartment manager since I had to go to airport. Again I called him several times and left massages. He eventually called me back and told me his driver was stopped by police!!! He also said that his driver (John) did not answer his callings. I called John and no answer. No call backs until it was already after 5pm - I called Winston back and was said his driver can be there tomorrow, Friday. I called him on Friday, but he did answer my callings on Friday. Saturday night he just called and say sorry and I found out that no driver, no police, no shipping, all story was fake and he was dishonest with me! and NOW he has not refunded my deposit, $200! PLEASE STAY AWAY! Do not waste your TIME and MONEY!!

They are Agents not the real movers - ...

When I booked with icac to ship my car from Dallas to San Francisco they quoted $700. I paid $200 deposit ($500 in cash on delivery). Upon delivery I was given a bill for $850 instead of $700. I showed the guy my bill for $700. The guy said icac is broker(agent) and we don't consider their bill. I called/emailed winston (icac) who was in contact from beginning, I never got a response. Stay away from icac.

STAY AWAY!!! Dishonest!!

Winston called me on New Year's Day and gave me a reasonable quote. He asked me if I wanted to ship my car that Friday - in 2 days...I said fine. I overnighted my deposit of $200 and he said he will call me with an ETA. I was the one that called him back on Friday early afternoon to find out the pick up time. Then he called me back saying that his driver was in San Juan Capistrano waiting for a pickup truck that was supposed to be loaded. But he said that my car will be picked up between 3pm-5pm. I said my car is ready for pick up if his driver wants to get mine first since there's no telling when his driver will have to wait. He said he'll talk to his driver - no call backs until it was already after 5pm - I called Winston back. Then he said his driver will call me back that night or Sat morning to arrange pick up time. Winston asked what time will I be available, at first I said 7am, then he said his driver wants to avoid traffic in the morning, so I said ok 6am then. Driver never called me back. I left a message for Winston it is now past 7am - still no call from driver or Winston. He calls me back and I told Winston forget it since I did everything on my part and he and the driver did not deliver on their part!! Now Winston makes up a totally different story about the call times!! TOTALLY DISHONEST AND UNRELIABLE SERVICE!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Not good at all

They told me it was going to be one day and it was a week later that they delivered. That is a big thing because everything was based on the day the car was going to arrive to the place. And I had to stay in a hotel, extend it, looking for people to pick it up. It was a big mess. That was very important. One of the main things I would say was to be there that day - it was going to be there and then it was not. It's a complete lie so the service sucks. Pricing was pretty much the same price compared to other companies. I would say to be honest when somebody asks a question about when the car is going to be delivered. That is important because many things are going to depend on that. I would just never do that again.
