Move was easy and affordable

It was okay. It wasn't great. It wasn't bad. It was easy. It was affordable. Those were the best things. Our car arrived in one piece. Yes the prices were very reasonable. I have received all the services that I have requested. The crew members were good. My advice would be just because you are giving a shipping date doesn't mean that it is gonna ship on that day. It could be earlier because our car was to ship on the Thursday but it ended up being shipped the Monday before. We were given very short notice to get the car ready, other than that it was good. A very bad moving experience

When they first called me they told me a price of $290. I said I don't have that and I can only afford like $200. Then they called me back and said we can do that for $200. They said in order to guarantee their position, they told me I have to give them a $150 deposit which they will get back to me. I said, are you guys sure about it? They said I will get my $150 back. I said okay. They sent me an agreement over email. They told me just to sign it. I signed it. I did it over the phone by my mobile. They didn't tell me they were gonna hire another subcontractor for the job. They said my car will be picked up by some other guy. Before they pick up the car they called me and said, the guys who are gonna take the car said we can't do it for $200 so you have to add $25. I said okay, $225. Then the guys who brought the car demanded $225 on the spot. They didn't tell me that my car would be transported by another third party. I thought they were gonna do it. They didn't tell me there is gonna be a third party. They didn't tell me I had to pay those guys. The guys told me you have to pay us $225. I said I was dealing with these guys and are you guys not working together? I said they have a $150 deposit of mine. They said this $225 is ours. It was kind of like cheating. I got mad. Fine move, it was okay

It is okay kind of thing. We cannot say it bad and we cannot say good exactly in between. It's average. It's okay. The prices is okay. The staff and crew members were fine. Actually this particular auto movers told me one day but I got in one week. No scratches, it was good. Everything is fine. Read more

The move was not so good

My experience with this company was not so good. They changed my rate couple of times and charged me $100 extra on the top of the quoted price. I really found this company to be horrible. They told me that my car would be picked up in 10 days and they ended up picking it up in 3 weeks. Read more

After reading bad reviews about car moves, I was jittery about moving my car. This company's smart service is amazing. When I told them that I would be needing my car in two days, they delivered it. Wouldn't recommend them

They never got my car shipped to me for the price I paid. It took a month. I finally got a call the other day two weeks after I got my car. I hired a private guy and got it done that way. Read more

Great communication and exemplary ...

It was the first time that I used an auto transport service and they were great. They were late but the driver kept good communication with me saying that he was stranded in two states. Once he arrived it took him no more than 30 minutes to take the vehicle off my hands. He was very courteous and friendly. The price was one of the best ones we found as far as open carriers. Everybody was good. They were professional and I think the cost was also reasonable. They did what they said they would do and my car was delivered on time. They were also very prompt in getting back to me and helpful in telling me what I needed to do. I am very happy with their service. Read more
