This was a very complicated move but the movers of Viking Van Lines made this really easy and smooth. I could not have asked for a more seamless experience. Absolutely everything went perfectly. During the move nothing was lost or broken. The movers were exceptional and very flexible and professional. I would suggest everyone to hire them. This move was perfect!

Can't say enough about Viking Van Lines! This was my second time using them and I will use them every time I move. The movers wrapped up my furniture with precision and detail. There was not even a scratch on my any furniture. It was a smooth move all the way! They were really fast and the total move took only four hours and they moved us carefully to get the job done successfully. Perfect movers!!!

Viking Van Lines made our move smooth and easy what could've been a stressful move! From the beginning to the end everything was professionally managed and executed flawlessly. The movers arrived right on time and were super polite and accommodating throughout the whole process. They knew what they were doing and I don't think I could've asked for a better experience. They took care to make sure the furniture I did have were packed securely. They are very reasonably priced and they make sure to be completely transparent in their pricing. Good service.

I had a good service. They were really helpful shipping my luggage. They were on time. I did not have any issue with them. Pricing was good. Normal as expected.

It was rather pretty good. They were explaining everything and explained what all the charges were. And they were getting paid. That was all clear and upfront. There was no unexpected, hidden charge.

They were unreliable.

On them... they never did get back, really give me the date. I kept calling back waiting on the date for them to bring my furniture out. They gave me... they did give me two different dates, and I was waiting on them. They told me they would have them here on one, and then they called back and said it's going to be another date. So that's the experience I had with them.

BREATH OF FRESH AIR

Moving with Viking Van Lines LLC was a breath of fresh air. At first I got a call from an estimator named Mason 20 minutes after I submitted the request (incredibly fast if you ask me). The guy really knew what he was talking about, he took my detailed inventory list and asked all the right questions, he even reminded me about a myriad of items that I actually forgot I was taking (all fine and dandy 'till now). After some research I decided to book a move with them. When the guys showed up at my doorstep, they gave me a good vibe. Nice, hardworking and professional individuals. As promised by Mason, they took apart all of my furniture,packed it all using those moving pads that they have. My issue came when I told them to load my china cabinet into their truck. It had already been disassembled by me and packed by me (moved it a few years ago and kept it in storage). They looked at it and told me they couldn't load it because it was not properly packed. At first that sounded outrageous to me, I thought I packed it well enough (since I had already moved it once). They assured me that it was in fact improperly packed. After some discussion, I decided to let them unpack it for me and then pack it using their own materials. To my dismay, the packing job that I did wasn't in fact that good, the materials had deteriorated over time, so they were right to suspect something. After negotiating a fee for this, they went on to pack and load everything and drive away. As far as the delivery is concerned, they were relatively prompt (5 days). What surprised me the most about them is, funny enough, their dispatch department. They called me all-throughout my delivery to keep me updated, and to make sure that I was present for the delivery, when it happened. All in all, it was a good experience and a breath of fresh air.

This company 100% failed all aspects ...

I put my move out for bid and received several estimates all different prices and Viking Van Lines was in the middle so I contacted them to give them info to more accurately bid my move. They came in at 1450.00 which seemed fair since it was about double the cost of renting a trailer and doing it myself. When they showed up to survey the house they claimed I told the estimator I had stackable washer dryer this increased my price, They claimed I told the estimator I had single unit three drawer dressers instead of the four and five drawer dressers this increased my price. They claimed the size of a medium box was much smaller then the ones I had packed this increased my price. They ripped one of the mattress covers I purchased and charged me 35 dollars for one this increased my price. Before they left paid 1,675.00 as the 60% to move my items 225.00 more than the whole estimate! I still owe them 525.00 at drop off, but wait that's not the best part! I was told they could do a direct ship and worst case 10 days to deliver so I'd have my stuff before Christmas. we are now going on 8 days and my things are still in a warehouse in Virginia I have called 3 times expressing my extreme discontent to deaf ears! this company lies to get your business then once they get it they abuse you.

It was great to work with Viking Van Lines! The movers were really professional, prompt and accurate. They arrived early, worked hard and took great care of our belongings. They moved a big house full of things and treated it like it was their own stuff. It was a big move and they didn't even stop for lunch - just kept on working until the job was done. Great movers! Very professional movers! Highly recommended Viking Van Lines! The moving team arrived on time and packed up, moved and unpacked things in our new place. They were careful with our valuables and wrapped everything in blankets and plastic wrap. There was no damage or scratch found on anything. They were three hours late and labeled ...

In the beginning when they were looking for my business was fine. They gave me a window of when they were going to show up. They showed up approximately three hours outside of that window and I had to chase them down. When they finally did show up, it was two people. That seemed to go okay. Then it went downhill. After that, apparently, when they made the inventory sheets for our stuff, it's supposed to have a number for the labels and stickers. The stickers did not correspond in many cases. The item would say box but it would be an end table when we were unloading. On the unloading side, that's when it was kind of a disaster.

Dependable mover

Viking Van Lines moved me today and I cannot say enough about the quality of their work. If you are looking for a dependable mover this is the company to call. Moving is incredibly stressful. They took great care in wrapping furniture and handling everything with care.

So friendly, accommodating and quick

Viking Van Lines is really the BEST moving company in the town. We hired them to help us transport items for two of our company events and they were punctual, responsive and super professional on both occasions. Very helpful and friendly

I was very pleased with Viking Van Lines. We used them for a state to state move to New Mexico from Miami, FL. The three movers were very helpful, efficient and friendly. They also beat the pricing of all the similarly ranked competitors, plus a 15% cash discount! Would highly recommend and use them for future moves.

Did a wonderful job

After 15 years of living in Dallas, we relocated to Los Angeles. Viking Van Lines did a good job moving our monstrous furniture, grandfather clock and piano. The three strong men, Jason, Daniel, and Patrick did a wonderful job protecting our furniture from damages or scratches. Patrick was very punctual to come to our house to do the estimate that's affordable. I would recommend to call Viking Van Lines to eliminate the stress of moving.

Quick and careful with great attention ...

My move inside Indiana area was handled perfectly. These guys are quick and careful with great attention to detail. They packed all my belongings and disassembled my furniture for my 2 bedroom apartment. Then, they reassembled everything at the destination, paying attention to not harm the new place. Overall, if I need to move again, I will definitely use these guys, plus recommend Viking Van Lines to my friends.
