Horrible Customer Service

We had one issue after another with Alpha

They destroyed over $5,000 dollars ...

"Thousands of dollars worth of damage. I was quoted 2k to move across the country. They changed the price on me to over 5k when my plane was leaving in three hours! They gave me about 10 hours notice at the last minute after they had already given me a pick up date. They did this again when it was time to deliver my (broken) items, the ones that were not missing/stolen. They gave me 1 hour notice this time and demanded over 2k in cash (after banking hours, this is nearly impossible to get). These guys are an utter and complete nightmare of a company. My items were destroyed and many items of value mysteriously 'missing' from my shipment. Many boxes had been gone through and re-packaged. My Passport was missing from the shipment, which I believe to be stolen given that the only items missing from my move are items worth money. Medication was also taken, as well as a bed frame, flat screen tv, and jewelry. I reached out to the owner for help. He said he would help and then never returned my call. I believe this company is criminal and should be shut down. DO NOT USE THEM"
